Her original intent was to check out several different furniture stores then make her selection. We were greeted right away by Brent. My mom explained what she was looking for and he took us over and had my mom sit in several at different lift chairs at differing price points and offering different features on their remotes. He was so gracious offering to help her maneuver from one chair to the next due to her mobility issues. He was so personable, knowledgeable and pleasant that my mom decided that it was going to be one stop shopping because she found a chair that she was very comfortable in with the features she was looking for and added features of heating and massage in addition to the lift.
