During Covid, I lost my taste and smell. A friend told me that Amy Calandruccio was doing a study…read morewith acupuncture, so I immediately contacted her and I was the included in the study. After six sessions of acupuncture with Amy I got my smell and taste back. After being without my taste and smell for over a year, I was so happy to get it back. Back in June of this year, I had Covid for the second time and again, I lost my taste and smell. I immediately contacted Amy, as she got right back to me and set up an appointment to start the acupuncture once again. This time it took eight sessions, but once again I got my taste and smell back. Amy is such an amazing person!!! I would recommend her in an instant!!! If you've lost your taste and or smell give her a call!!!! THANK YOU AMY!!! You're the BEST!!!!

I had an awesome accupuncture session with Amy. I tried accupuncture for overall wellness a while…read moreback at another location and it was fine but I was looking for someone closer. I contacted Amy and she was able to fit me in the following week. She's located in a medical office park with a good amount of parking. I was immediately put at ease by her friendly demeanor. After a brief new patient questionnaire, she took me to my treatment room. We got to chatting and I didn't feel any of the needles she put in, that's skill! When all the needles were placed, I fell into the deepest relaxation I've experienced in a long time. I could immediately tell it was working and I had to fight to not fall asleep. I'm looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with Amy.

These people discriminate against there patients. Not only did they give me a medicine they knew I…read morewas allergic to. After doing that as a mess up, they told me that "they are not a fit" and I quote Courtney the manager. When I told them I was Jewish and I couldn't pick up my prescription that they screwed up on after 5 o'clock (shabbat). For their mess up, they're telling me that they're dropping me as a patient. I've never seen such a dysfunctional practice and will be reporting them to all bureaus under discrimination.

Don't ever go here. My insurance accepted them for acupuncture. I called to set up an appointment…read more I told them I have been doing acupuncture for years, but was just switching because they took my insurance. I filled out their questionnaire, then went to the appointment. Well the doc is trying to sell me everything under the sun. Then he finally does the acupuncture. I had soft tissue damage in my upper back from a car injury. So he decides to put the needles in my chest. Nerves have long pathways so I figured I'd give it a shot this way. Not only did it do nothing, but unlike my previous doctor, who I've gone back to, and will actually pay the extra money, the needles sites hurt the next day. Then I keep waiting for a statement to pay my $25 co-pay. A year later I get a bill for $290.They are claiming that's the fee for a new patient visit. When you go to a doctor for a physical for the first time do you pay a first time fee? Of course not. Now my insurance company is equally to blame as they said this was not in network when they sent me an email that it was. I told them this office is defrauding them because the acupuncture is a separate additional $95 charge, of which I should owe the $25. Well they "as a courtesy" paid it. Still leaving me to pay $25 over a year, and half after the "treatment." Bottom line is this group doesn't listen to its patients, overcharges, and tries to sell you on stuff you don't want.
