I completed an intake form in advance to ensure I got the full amount of time allotted. The room was tiny but cozy and somehow Andrew managed to use the limited space with no problem. My massage was fantastic. I had several tough knots, which he worked out with patience and skill. I felt limber and relaxed when I left, which is exactly what I expect from a great massage. I will most definitely be back! He offers several price break options for new clients who make returning visits, and for the money you spend it's a really great value. This location is close to the Silas Deane Highway, as well as 91. Parking was available out back but I parked on the street. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops around within walking distance to extend your relaxing afternoon or evening, if you wanted to. All in all, definitely worth a visit!

Just the same as previous, no one would answer the calls. Finally I attempted to call myself, also no one answered so I left a message. I explained everything that is in this report, I left my name and phone number and as of this day, we still have not received a call; 3 months later. So as I stated I can't report of the type of service this clinic provides, but if it is anything like their customer service then I wouldn't want anything they have to offer...My hard earned money and my wife's hopes of a pleasant massage gone to waste...

Also, at Christmas, Carrie Teslof runs an awesome fundraiser, donating a portion of gift card sales to people undergoing cancer treatment. You can buy a gift card for yourself and/or someone else, and spread some love during the holidays.

As a veteran receiving care through VA Community Care, I was referred to this practice for massage…read moretherapy services. My first appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM. Due to heavy rush-hour traffic, I was running late but was still actively on my way to the appointment. Shortly after the appointment time, I received a call informing me that the appointment would not proceed. The following morning, I spoke with a staff member identified as Lynn regarding the situation. During that conversation, I was told the practice had a "zero tolerance" policy for VA patients regarding missed appointments due to us being "non-paying customers", despite the fact that I had been traveling to the appointment and had not intended to miss it. What concerned me most was being referred to in a manner that suggesting I was a "non-paying customer" because my treatment was being provided through VA Community Care. I found that comment disrespectful and unprofessional. I used to attend these appointments back when they first started accepting VA patients and had an excellent massage therapist named Merlyn and always tipped her very well. Not to mention the fact that the VA does pay for these services. I understand that businesses have scheduling policies, but patients--especially veterans receiving authorized medical care--should be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
