It was a long drive but it was worth it 100% I went to see a few others prior to her in Qns NY and due to my past surgery i always got scammed to pay to visit fees and asked to take expensive test i couldn't afford, with all the offices refusing to treat me due to a titanium plate i have in place on my back to hold part of my top spine in place. Anyways she she the only doctor to tale her time and ask me many questions regarding my injury and my pain and not just rush me to do this exam and send me with referrals to see to other facilities for testing and so on. everything was done in house. She gave me shots blockers as i requested and bot steroids that in the past got me moody and gained weight. Today i woke up and first nite of great sleep and feeling alive and hardly any pain. I feel like a new person right now and this morning and ready to start my life again with my son i was so limited in travel due to my prior doctor always wanting me to go see them for exams and meds and just bang me out with co pays fees and exam fees i cant afford and taking money away from my family. Today i can honestly say Thank you so much and also the staff thats super friendly and companionate that they treat u like beat friends and not drug addicts walking in to the facility like most places do. I highly recommend this place if you are serious about living a better life with no pain even if its a few days or a week its worth it to be able to enjoy sleep and just not be doing pain meds over and over and feel like you have no other choice . I had told them my symptoms where not getting better, but they acted like they didn't want me there. Not to mention when the doctor walked in her first words to me where "what's wrong with you", no introduction or anything. The young lady at the receptionist desk was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. What she didn't know, she was able to get me the answers I needed. My favorite part of my experience here was being taken care of by Dr. Iris Peppers. Not only was she efficient and professional but she was personable and helped me experience fly by even more quickly. I know she told me that is not a doctor but she's taken better care of me than most doctors in the past. I highly recommend coming here if you need urgent care.

I had gone from working & going to school full-time to being unable to attend a even a single class reliable and made it impossible to work, sleep, or move normally. When numerous other physicians failed to provide relief through meds or attempted procedures and gave up; Dr Koppel developed a treatment plan and we started investigating other procedures that may help. Even though we didn't find a solution over night Dr. Koppel kept trying to find options and eventually found procedures in my neck and back which allowed enough pain relief to develop a new treatment plan and I was able to slowly return to work and school. Dr Koppel has enabled me to return to work full-time and to finish the bachelors degree that had been missing just two semesters. She just kept telling me to do an MRI and that I needed physical therapy, no crap!! However, I couldn't stand, walk, or sit. I had to be wheeled into the office. How in the world was I going to get through physical therapy when all I could do I lay flat on my back with little movement?!?! Thankfully, after going to the ER immediately afterwards, the doctor on duty gave me the info for a wonderful ortho that I'm now using. So I guess, everything worked out in the end.
