I was repeatedly contacted nearly two weeks before my scheduled appointment to confirm, which felt excessive and unnecessary--especially considering their own policy only requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Despite confirming and asking for the calls to stop, the repeated contact continued and became intrusive. I specifically requested--twice--that the dentist call me directly so I could discuss the situation. I never received a call back, yet the confirmation calls from staff continued. That lack of communication and respect for my request was disappointing. In the end, I canceled my appointment within their 48-hour policy and have decided not to return. Patients deserve to feel respected, not pressured or harassed over an appointment that is still weeks away. I hope the office takes a closer look at how they handle patient communication moving forward.

Brought son in to have broken filling fixed, never fixed the filling, berated about son's teeth,…read moremade to feel terrible. Accused right away if I allowed my kid to eat candy prior to coming to appointment I said no, he used a brushing teeth tablet to help him brush teeth better, I asked why the filling was not fixed, was told by dentist I have minutes till next appointment that they took X-rays, I said I thought we were fixing filing told I don't have time. Told dentist was going camping in a few days and didn't want tooth pain for my son, told eat healthy snacks and when I said that's not really realistic shrugged shoulders and said hope he doesn't get pain and if that's how you want to parent.
