We went to this dealership after seeing a car listed on Kijiji. When we arrived, we were told it had just been sold for cash. Later, when we refused a more expensive vehicle, suddenly the original car was available again -- clearly a bait tactic. But the real issue wasn't the car -- it was the manager's complete disregard for us as customers. Throughout our visit, he walked past us several times without a greeting, eye contact, or even an acknowledgment that we existed. We asked multiple times to speak to him, and were told "you deal with me, not the manager." A manager should be present, professional, and involved -- not hiding behind staff while customers are left in confusion. He finally appeared only after we said we would leave a review, and by then, it was too late. The damage was done. He tried to shake hands as if everything was normal -- but there was no apology, no ownership, and no explanation for the lack of respect. We were ready to make a deal, even gave our Visa for a deposit, and let them test-drive our car for 15-20 minutes. But when a manager acts as if he's too important to speak to people spending thousands of dollars at his business, it tells you everything you need to know. A dealership is only as good as its leadership -- and this manager failed. He made us feel invisible and unwelcome. We walked out not because of the price, but because of the lack of human decency. The lead mechanic is able, knowledgeable, and loves what he is doing and it shows. He comes with mechanics in his blood. The manager is just as able and knowledgeable and I feel confident speaking with either her or the mechanic. The remaining two mechanics are courteous and helpful, and any time I have been there, have always been focused and detailed in their work.
