    I went to Highbury Ford for repairs covered under recall warranty. I was told to bring the car in…read morethe morning, so that I can pick it up in the evening. I did as the person suggested. Later that day, the technician called me to say that they'll need it for one more day because it's a bigger job than expected. Although, this wasn't ideal for me, but I thought it was understandable. The next day, I was waiting for a call, so I can pick up my car. No call. I called late afternoon and they said that they'll need another day because they don't have the parts (which is something that should have been arranged when the appointment was made the previous week). At this point, it was too late to arrange a loaner car, so I wouldn't have a car for three days. Day 3: I call a few times in the late morning in order to arrange pickup of my car later that day (I worked, so would have to make arrangements for someone to drive the car to my apartment), but the technician didn't pick up the phone. I left a message for him to call me back . I called again around noon. The person I talked to said the tech is on lunch, but that he would tell him to call me right away. No one returned my calls. I called a total of 6 times that day and my talk would not return my calls. Later that day, while I was at work, he called to tell me my car is ready. Because of the nature of my work, I had to scramble within 3 minutes in order to make arrangements for a family member to pick up my car. When I finally got into my car, the bluetooth was no longer working Terrible communication. Broke the bluetooth in my car. Do not recommend coming here for service. I will not be returning Update: I went to a different ford dealership for diagnostic. They identified the issue and said highbury ford made a mistake. I brought the receipt for this to highbury Ford. Manager at first tried to dodge responsibility, threatened to have me trespassed because I raised my voice slightly, tried to get me to call ford canada (which is useless and he knows it because they have no control over dealerships). Refused to pay because I should have gone to them despite them having a conflict of interest and having lied to me previously. In a previous conversation he said I could go to another Ford dealer for diagnostic and now he said "but I never said I would pay for it". Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Situation has been reported to Better Business Bureau

    I would give this a 0 star rating if I could. So, we had bought our Jeep Cherokee a few years back,…read moreso when it came time for warrantee work we naturally brought it back to the dealership. What an absolutely nightmare. I was squeezed in, and then was told I missed my appointment (even though my SUV was dropped off at 6am). Brought it in for a clicking noise when I turned. They diagnosed it as a wheel bearing.. I knew this didn't seem right but figured they were the "professionals" . Get my car back 2 days later, ITS STILL MAKING THE SAME SOUND. Call back and try to get ahold on my Service advisor 3 times, tell them that it in fact was NOT wheel bearings and that I would not being paying another diagnostic fee. They agreed and I brought my vehicle back in. This I where the mayhem starts. My vehicle was brought in Wednesday morning at 930 am, I did not hear ANYTHING until Thursday 10 minutes before close. When they informed me that my Jeep was sent to jeep without my knowledge or permission and that they will do the work although Toyota will hold the warrantee order. Which again fine. My jeep was gone for OVER TWO WEEKS. CV axles and control arm. Over the next 2 weeks I called my service advisor 5 times, trying to be understanding that it was around Christmas and New year's. Finally, the Thursday Jan 2 I tried to call 3 times. No response. So I called Jeep myself to see what the status on it was. That is when he informed me that I am NOT ALLOWED to pick up my own car but that THE WORK WAS COMPLETED DECEMBER 23rd!!!! I called a 4th time and requested someone come to the phone, did not care who it was as I was making a point that I would be there the next day by 12 to get my car and it best be there. The next day all the did was offer to wipe down my car as an apology. but in the mean time threw EVERYTHING out of the back of my jeep into the back seat leaving a mess for me to clean up before I could put my son in it. My partner has tried to contact the service manager multiple times to have our concerns heard, and have not heard anything in return, almost 2 weeks later. 0 STAR DO NOT RECOMMEND. We will not be back EVER
