Easy in and out with plenty of free parking. The staff welcomed me, gave me some medical history forms to complete, escorted me to the back, explained my shot options based on my goals, gave me the injection, answered my questions, and I was out about 15 minutes later. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the organization and cleanliness of the office. They reemphasized no appointment necessary and gave me the hours of operation. Very easy. The nurse said I may or may not feel the effects immediately depending on my body. I am very sensitive to stimulants and medicine so I didn't know what to expect. About 15 minutes after injection, I felt a rush of adrenaline, my heart rate increased and I felt slightly anxious. It was less than I feel when I take a fat burner or drink too much coffee but I definitely felt it but was not concerned because I know my body. About 1 hour later, I felt a slight crash (very tired) so I took a nap. I imagine my body will need to adjust. My plans are to do 2 shots per week for 3 months. How does this spa expect customers to pay a cancellation fee, then reschedule, and still want to go back for service? This is a terrible business practice, especially in Dallas where there are so many other spa options. It's unfortunate that they think they can run a service business with such unfriendly policies. I would not be returning and have found more customer friendly environment. I found a better spa on Preston Rd and they definitely allow RESCHEDULES FOC within 24hrs.

I can't definitively attribute the symptoms to the shot (even though the symptoms are in the shot area) because it felt like I was bitten by something but it never bruised it was only red and swollen. Anyway, I will discuss it with the practitioner on my next visit and report back to y'all. BTW: I take the Slim Shot from Diet by Design in my arm and have the typical soreness but have not had any side effects after 6 shots. One of my favorite aspects of this studio is how clean and welcoming it always feels. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive. There was a time when an "overly involved" teammate was hired, and that annoyed me, which led me to stop coming for a while. However, I recently returned and was greeted by a new team member whose approach was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I loved that organic balance, so will be retuning in the new year.
