When I was looking to sell my apartment in Forest Hills Gardens, I first went with the broker that I purchased the apartment from. But after six months on the market and no offers I was starting to get frustrated. I recently had the good fortune of finding an apartment in a building I was very keen on purchasing an apartment in. On enquiring, I found that the listing was with Keller Williams Realty. From the very first time I contacted them, the two officials I worked with, Diane and James, not only promptly responded to me but helped me through the entire process. Since the apartment was in a co-op, there were many formalities that needed to be completed and I was assisted every step of the way.
