I've been with much larger PM's in the past in other cities, where they nickel and dime you at every corner for simple things and I even have been scammed out of huge sums of money, but not with Ruston Properties. Their entire team and Michelle herself has been attentive, fair, and quick when it came to managing the property. She would also be ahead of the curve, offering maintenance on HVAC, smoke alarms, and other things as a way to 'get ahead' and prevent bigger, larger, disasters or repair bills!
