I wasn't even allowed to speak with an attorney unless I was willing to give them my home address first. I told them I was uncomfortable providing that since I am trying to figure out whether or not I will even hire them.... It just seems very odd that out of all of the attorney offices I contacted in the area they were the only one requiring personal information. Their response when asked why was 'for correspondence so we can communicate and so courts can have documentation.' Again isn't that a bit presumptuous if you haven't been hired? In addition to that I am amazed at how inconvenient the short amount of time I spent with them was. I scheduled an appointment for a phone call ONLY as I am out of state and the lady called me to tell me she had me down for coming in... another strike because obviously someone in the office is not keeping the details correctly and do you think I want slip ups like that in a court of law? Final strike was when she called to tell me to call the attorney in 30 minutes and when I asked if I don't get a chance to for whatever reason can the attorney call me? (I'm thinking this is a very reasonable thing to ask because I already initiated a call days prior to set up this appointment.)... Guess what the response was from the lady who had just called me?..."we don't call".... to top it all off the attorney never called which sealed this review.
