I had to constantly follow up to even get a response. Frank ignored most of my messages, and when I did hear back, it was always the same empty promise: "We'll get back to you in two days." Spoiler alert -- they never did. How is it even remotely acceptable to let a case sit untouched for over two months? I honestly have no idea what I paid for. Total lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone who actually wants results -- or to be treated like their time matters.

After multiple attempts to reach out and have him get the issues addressed they have done basically nothing and now can't even get a response from them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. If everything goes well they'll probably be just fine but if there's any issues (especially after the fact) know that you will likely get ignored.
