He told us the day he would be there (the following week due to the holidays) to do the work. Not only did he come when he said he would, he contacted my husband prior to coming to ask a few additional questions. To get to the source of the leak and repair it, he had to dig a 4 foot deep hole along the foundation at the front of our house and remove a shrub in the process. He was able to repair the pipe and fix the leak while making it look like we never had a hole in our yard! He put the shrub back, filled in the hole, and it looks amazing.
