I returned home to an incomplete project although he had already cashed the check for the entire amount of the work. I learned a hard lesson, and I will never take someone for their word again. It was like pulling teeth to get him to finish what was agreed upon and what was supposed to be finished in a couple of weeks turned into months of back and forth. Part of the job involved him and his crew installing a new paver patio area. They incorrectly installed it multiple times and had to redo the job 4 times! Insane. They left a dip in it so big that I could not set patio furniture on it and Andrew told me it "had to be done that way." After I pressed he conceded to have it redone. Again, this had to be redone 4 times!!! It's still not perfect but it's good enough. He and his guys also left cigarette butts all over our yard and when we returned from vacation we also had a crushed beer can in our fenced in back yard. We do not drink or keep Heineken at our home. This guy had every excuse in the book for the unresponsiveness and blunders. In short, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy

My advice: either don't use him or, if you do, never pay until the work is 100% complete. Unfortunately, this one was on me.

They then proceeded to unload the truck and proceed. I was just looking out for the safety of their truck and the drivers in that area. I felt this was disrespectful and would never suggest this company if you live in a neighborhood with narrow streets.

No, their advertised physical address is not a real place of business. Yes, you will get very familiar with the Secretary of State website. If you do decide to ignore my advice, make sure you have their business license, contractor license, and a verified mailing address from the start. At least it will save you a few hours a year from now when you start exploring legal options. For the internet record this company was previously known as Jeremiah's Landscape Services, as of August 2023 it is called Southern Landscaping Solutions.

During the process, they destroyed our front yard, side yard, as well as the entire back yard. When it was brought to his attention, we were told "it's part of demo mode." We were then supposed to reuse rock we already had, that was less than a year old. Instead of anyone ling the rock and putting it on a tarp, they used a bobcat and ruined all the rock because they were covered in mud (white rocks.) Mike got into a cussing match with my husband and then told us we had to come put an extra $1000 because his team destroyed our yard, and we now needed it fixed. He even told my husband that he wished he never worked with us and couldn't wait to be done. The yard was left uneven, caps were not sealed, the staircase was sideways and uneven and worst of all, anytime it rains, mud and rock shoot all over the patio and stairs. They had many "work around" situations that had to be repaired and were able to fix things without having to tear everything out and start over. The daily site supervision kept everything flowing smoothly and moving forward so they were even able to finish ahead of schedule. When needed, Cameron and Ray both jumped in to do work themselves. They treated our home like their own. The quality of their work was outstanding and at the end of the job, Cameron stopped by to make sure we were completely satisfied. Definitely a class act company and we highly recommend using them!

The initial consultation was straightforward and he brought samples which were helpful. He did a great job listening and quoting for the work I asked for. He worked with my budget and overall was easy to work with. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. Finally, a small issue we found with the install was addressed in a timely manner.
