They use my water without my notice or permission and when I inquire as to why they are using it, I get a one word answer. Notifying me that it would be used should have been the responsibility of my HOA, but when I asked why they were using it, I got, "spray"! I then asked why they didn't travel with water, which I have seen on other lawn maintenance vehicles, I was dismissed. I pay for my water. It's not that they're using it, it's that they're using it for nine months of the cutting season! I was offered today by the exceptionally rude lawn man, a .25 quarter for my water they are using. This same man last summer when I went outside to ask them to 'skip' my lawn this go around because frankly cutting it down to the nub with 12 hours of intense sun on it daily-was killing it. There wasn't anything to cut. All he could yell was 'he had to cut everybody's' yard. I said, 'it's dead' there's nothing to cut! I went inside my house and shut the door but kept on yelling at me. Once I was inside my house, to continue yelling at me was intrusive and disrespectful. In my opinion, that is harassment. I have never in my life of living with home owner's associations (5) been so disrespected by a lawn service employee! I think this man has forgotten that he is the service PROVIDER and I am the customer.

Please steer clear of Tim Sewell! He is a con man who continually lies and makes promises that he…read morewill not keep. I had a project to take a large shed and renovate it for an apartment. It was supposed to take 6 weeks to complete, but after 5 months and still so much to be done, I fired him. His work was sloppy and done incorrectly according to other contractors. I paid him several thousands of dollars, for materials and labor. He said he had the materials that he purchased and would drop them off, but that never happened. I had to repurchase a shower, hot water heater, doors as well as other materials to get the job finished. He charged me twice (2000.00) for leveling the shed and only stacked a few cinder blocks, which were already there, and it was still not level. I have several text messages which states he had plumbing money left over to pay someone else to finish up the job and then he later stated that I never paid him for the plumbing. He had an excuse for EVERYTHING! This project became a nightmare because of him. He was also unprofessional, as he came on to me several times. Do not trust this person.
