We were able to schedule an appointment about 2 weeks in advance due to my busy schedule and Adam confirmed the appointment a few days before and was on time when the day approached. I do not recommend Adam Kirk. I sent requests for an estimate through his website and never received a response. I phoned and we made an appointment for when *he* said he could come. This was quite early on a Sunday morning. I took that appointment and I changed my plans for that day. I got up and ready. He didn't show. Instead, he texted that he is "behind schedule" and "could he pick another time". Given the very early hour I suspect he overslept (wish I could have). Flaked on me. I talked to him, asked for a quote, and he asked that I text my address to him and he'd get back to me. So I did, and he texted me a quote that same day (which is why this is two stars instead of one). I texted back to confirm, and confirmed that he knew it was a two-story house, because I thought the quote was low, and I asked if he could confirm for me that he had Worker's Comp insurance before we sealed the deal. He was surprised to hear it was a two-story, said "the house I saw was a single level." Well, sorry, but it is a two-story, so maybe if all he did was drive by he should have knocked to check it out (I was home all day). He said he'd get back to me with a revised quote, which was fine because I expect to pay a fair price. Eight days later -- today -- I texted to ask about whether he was going to send me a new quote or if I should look elsewhere. He did respond immediately again (hence, two stars, not one), but said "we're pretty full; I'll have to pass." Was it because I asked about WC insurance? The process was incredibly seamless - I called Adam on a Monday, he answered all of my questions and asked me to text him my address for a free estimate. Together, they cleaned and repaired the gutters, power washed the house, cleaned the screens and washed the windows inside and out between 9:00am and 1:30pm. I've used Adam Kirk twice in the past, but I just got relegated to the rapidly growing list of his fired customers (for asking him to reduce his price by $25)! Make sure you read the numerous 1 star reviews, it shows a strong pattern of disrespect toward his clients. I think the previous poster is right- some personality disorder is going on, and he thinks he is too important for your business. His company did a good job for us twice in the past though, hence the 2 stars. Not sure how his Yelp rating is so high, except maybe his first time client reviewers have yet to discover his attitude problem. read more

The gutter cleaning crew just left and they were EXCELLENT. -First off, I got an immediate text response to my estimate request, setting up an appt the following day. -Franco came on time, gave me a very fair price (especially in comparison to another company which gave me an estimate over the phone without even coming to see my gutters!) -Franco offered to do the job immediately, calling for backup. -The guys worked really hard (our rental house gutters were a MESS) for over 4 hours and got all of the gutters cleaned out, flushed and working like new. -They cleaned up everything and left the property spotless.
