Requested a quote for window cleaning and pressure washing. I had to follow up several times just for a response. They ended up saying they couldn't service our property due to the height. Our windows barely reach 15 ft so I guess they only work on single story homes? Not impressed with their response times or professionalism. read more

I just want to say how thrilled I am to have found a company that for once delivers on their promises. Andy and his wife did such an amazing job cleaning our windows and our deck... there isn't a single speck of dirt or water droplets anywhere. We've had so many companies come out and promise that their special water filters would leave our windows spotless and dry clear, and every, single, one of them was B.S ing us. And they would have the nerve to argue with me about what was plainly evident. My windows would look slightly cleaner than before, meanwhile 800$ has gone down the drain. I would not use these guys. they had me sign an agreement , which I approved and did and then two days before they cancel stating our area is fire risk. fine, I told them it is not a risk but ok. let's reschedule until fire is gone and they told me to look for another company and totally ghosted me as I keep asking them to at least say why they are not coming. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Andy and his wife, who seem to be about 30, work together as a team and do the best window and screen cleaning I have ever seen! There are NO streaks on the 22 windows they washed. They got all the screens back in the right places, didn't lose any screen fasteners, and my security system survived intact! If you look crosseyed at that security system, it will die, and I just now called their office and they say it is all alive and functioning well. read more

I hired Paz Window Cleaning a few months ago for my small home and Andy charged me $400 for about 14 interior and exterior windows. He did a great job and arrived with a positive, professional attitude. It should be noted that the windowsills won't be perfectly clean and Andy will clarify that if he sees stains on the windows such as paint, he will not be able to clean them. I had an insect stain that he initially thought was paint or tar but was able to remove. I would definitely hire Andy again and may pay extra for the windowsills to be cleaned more thoroughly or wiped down more. read more

Reached out to Andy because of his good reviews here on yelp. I had a tight window (I promise, that pun was unintentional ;)) to get my windows clean before a party. He came out, gave me an estimate, and came to clean the windows quickly. When he was out doing the cleaning, he was careful and conscientious, checking in with me to make sure that I was happy with the cleaning. I'm pretty picky, and he happily re-cleaned windows that needed an additional pass. He said he was willing to (and did) spend as much time at the house to make sure I was happy. It's embarrassing to admit that this is my first time having my windows cleaned. Andy showed up on the hottest day of the week. He checked all the windows and diligently cleaned all my 20+ windows, French doors and the glass portion of my front door. Some of the windows have water damage due to the sprinkler. Andy worked hard to remove those stains. After a few hours, all the windows are sparkling clean. Andy is also very honest. Deserving of more than five stars. PaZ Window Cleaning just finished the windows on my home; thirty-one windows, including block windows, a garden window, and a door with small panes, in addition to the regular windows. I met Andy and Atile when they came to quote on the project. Very detailed as they surveyed the work. Because I have dual paned windows some of them have haze inside, two windows with water spots. They were very clear they would not be able to remove those, which I understood. Andy also gave me some advice about my windows, which was very much appreciated. Usually I would get a couple of quotes. Their pricing sounded reasonable, but to be honest, once I met them and how they presented their business I was comfortable with the price. They really stressed wanting me to be satisified with the results. Plus they are insured and worker's comp, which is very important to me whenever someone works on my property. After they completed the work Andy had me inspect. There were a couple of spots Andy noticed and a window Atile noticed that I had not, and they were right on top of it. You can tell they take great pride in their work. The windows are done, and they are gone. I am totally satisfied. The windows look great. Better than I could have done. When I look out the garden window I cannot see the window. It makes me not want to put the window coverings back on. I just want the windows to stay open so I can look out. Andy and Atile work so well together, and it is obvious they enjoy working together. They are just as polite to each other as they are to the customer. Andy is honest, hard working and did an excellent job for us. At one point, we had to leave the house for about an hour and Andy offered to wait in his car during that time instead of being in our house alone. He is very respectful and considerate.
