first met Adam Leitman Bailey about ten years ago. I have been a client of his ever since. When I first got into the business and I had a very large deal, very large commission, with a very large brokerage company that was trying to keep most of the commission. We were having some difficulties negotiating with our landlord, the building owner, and one of the other tenants in the building actually came across Adam's name through some research. We were looking for an attorney to represent us. We went after the landlord to make some major repairs to the building and through Adam's pushing at our end; we were able to get a significant number of repairs to some of the units that were in very bad shape. He was able to negotiate a 20% discount on the final purchase price. That was one of the biggest things that he was able to accomplish for us.
