My wife and I started on our current home by wanting to rent it out. Adam, so we can fast forward is the owner of this company. Ok ok... that must mean a lot to either good or bad but let me explain the good, or to what he did for us, super hero level. Fast track, his company manages our current property now, but he personally made sure to help us buy our next property. If anyone thinks this is easy, I assure you it's not! Adam juggled putting our current property to market for rent but then on top of that was our broker on the new property we purchased. This man, this owner in our community, treated myself and my wife with more than respect more than a customer more than a friend. He treated us like his family! Day, night, weekends, haha holidays, you name it he replied! Adam's negotiating skills, market awareness and overall compassion for his clients gave us the most loved feeling other than my own family gives! Life is shady, let's face it. Who wants to trust now or days, let's be honest. If you have doubts or don't know where you are in Yelm or anywhere else in the surrounding neighborhoods or counties, give Adam a chance to show you what he showed me. There are good people left in this world, and Adam and his company are it!! I leave horrible reviews when appropriate , and to get a good one from me requires heart as well as love from those who I trust a service from, especially when the owner is treating you to their promise! Adam helped us to rent our current home and was our broker on the new home we purchased. Adam never left us for one second through the process! If you want to buy a home in Yelm or Western Washington, this is your company. If you want a property manager in Yelm or the surrounding counties this is your company! Adam is in the photos I have attached. The guy is a literal super hero, look at him flex when he made sure our deal was closed!! You know why he is flexing? Our home we purchased with him, but had some very difficult terms, and the seller was in some hard places. Adam could have chosen to side with the seller, but he stood his ground for me the buyer. That's the difference, Adam might have been our broker, he of course has to make money on this deal, but he always chose me and my family over anyone. He stood his ground like a gladiator against our seller who tried to bend the bar from his promises. Adam did not let this happen and got me the deal of a lifetime! Adam is from Yelm and of this land. You might research his competitors, but don't speak with an employee that doesn't care from his competitors, call Adam and find out why Yelm is booming in profits! Cynthia Schmier sent me request to delete my review: Here is response- A formal complaint was made with Craigslist, the National RE/MAX office, Washington State Licensing Board and another entity I will not disclose for other reasons you potentially had to gain for listing pending properties without addresses that could be cross referenced on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc. Cynthia Schmier didn't have an option to get your practices straight, they would have been made by Craigslist, your National RE/MAX Headquarters, licensing board or the other agency reviewing/investigating your practices. I had printed all your outdated posts before your account was dumped and cross referenced the pending dates before formal complaints were filed. You had simutanious multiple back dated pending prices on some for different amounts....on 'short sales'. When I shared the specifics with another realtor, they suspected there likely was another activity or reason for your intentions in operating that way with 'short sales'. The entity forwarded the information was looking into that. There is nothing to resolve, I stated the facts in my review, have 30+ pages of proof. Your the licensed broker, it was your name on the advertisements and you are the one responsible for your licensed activities and those licensed to you. Yelp is a professional resource to share those positive facts and experiences and as well as negative experiences and facts to other consumers and potential customers. Consumers and potential customers need the facts of both positive and negative truths for their own determination and considerations. You say you are 'always ready to improve your business'...in cases like this - you don't have an option. There are resources that protect consumers and make licensed brokers conduct themselves properly and ethically to consumers and those being solicited. read more

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Adam and his team for the purchase of our second home, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. We rented with Remax for a year in Yelm and had a fantastic experience. Micki and her sons are down to earth people that you could just pick up the phone and call or text and hear back right away. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the year, and every time we submitted an online request for service we got a reply within about 10 minutes. Repairs were made within 24 hours. Questions about moving out and scheduling inspections were answered via text near instantly, and they were the kind of management that would say "text me and I'll be right over to _________". We left the place cleaner than when we rented, and move in/move out was as smooth as it gets. Good quality walk through on both ends, and CDs of pictures sent certified mail. There was no question what was and what wasn't. If we had not planned on buying a house after a 1 year rental agreement, we would have definitely stayed put. As an added bonus, we closed on our house a little early, and Micki had renters wanting the place ASAP. Everything was worked out and our rent was pro-rated so we could move out early and they could move in early. Everybody won thanks to her reasonable approach to managing properties.
