The accepted offer also stated that the home was sold "as is", and no repairs would be made to the home. At the final walk through, we again pointed out that the items were to be removed. Additionally, the listing stated that the home was equipped with a heat pump, which upon inspection was found to never have been installed. In the case of the heat pump, he threw his employee under the bus and said it was there fault it wasn't listed properly. On both the cleanup and heat pump issues he hid behind his interpretation of "as is". We're doing the cleanup ourselves, even though it was specified in our contract. If Adam Schmier is involved in your deal,be very cautious. I don't trust his integrity.

I am being charged for a scratch on an outdated vinyl kitchen floor as a "rip" and made to replace the entire floor. The communications I have had have been unprofessional, rude, and non helpful. I am only being communicated with via text and have had to seek legal counsel due to how awful of a move out process this has become. Their rental was all I could afford and it was a complete crap hole. Totally run down, cabinets that don't close, rusted sinks, stained carpets, bad electrical work, you name it.
