I had an amazing experience with Adamec Chiropratic. A friend of mine highly recommended them after having a knee replacement. The sciatic nerve in my back had been pinched during my surgery! I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. After an emergency visit to OrthNY and a follow up 2 days later to my primary the pain was still unbearable. Dr. Adamec is wonderful and the staff is so friendly. I go there for my DDD in my upper back when I have flare ups. He uses new technology for alignments, manual adjustments and tens unit therapy which does the trick. I've also done the laser treatments for my meniscus issues in my knee.
