OMG, I've been waiting an f'ing hour to get seen, and 2 minutes is going to ruin your entire day? Emily, you can shove it!!!! My sister is in critical care, the attitude is completely uneccessary. But just because you're busy doesn't mean you can't at least put forth the effort to make it look like your patients are actually people. From the receptionists to the secretaries to the doctor, nobody seemed to really care much about anything. I needed a written copy of the doctor's observations and opinions, which is a fairly common request for a doctor. With these guys, it was apparently a huge production. The doctor's secretary was the one who had to type it up, and she was just about impossible to contact. None of the other secretaries or staff were willing to deal with it or try to get things rolling, and in the end it ended up taking several months to get this letter which turned out to not even be what I needed from them. I obviously can't say this is how they always are because this debacle was my one and only experience with them, but based on this whole disaster I would not be willing to return in the future.

See someone Else!! My Bicep Surgery partial failed 4 days after my first surgery with him. The…read morelooked at it at PT a couple days later and said everything was fine. It completely failed 4 weeks later! When I went back for the second surgery he told my wife that he couldn't do anything with it cause he cut too much off the first. My wife suffered anureyism 2 days later and had to go in for surgery on a Tuesday. That Monday night a Large Hematoma developed and the ICU doctors taking care of my wife sent me to the ER at Albany Med where they said they wouldn't do anything to help since it was post-surgical. I left the hospital to go home and get some rest after being at my wife's bedside all weekend and tried to get some sleep my wife's surgery Tuesday morning. Later that night the swelling was so severe and the stitches were being stretched that I was afraid they would pop. So I went to Clifton Park Ellis Care where they too wouldn't help and told me I would need to go to Ellis Hospital to see Dr. Aronowitz on his surgical day. I ended up missing the talking to my wife before her surgery as he agreed to see me real quick. They took me to an optical exam room and drained several 100 cc of fluid and told me it had coagulated and they couldn't get any more out. My wife died 7 days later and I missed saying I loved her and hearing a response. I was repeatedly told while I was on Cobra Healthcare that there was nothing that could be done and I would have to live with the Popeye Arm and the pain and that was my new norm for the last 2 year. I actually had to go to the VA Hospital to get it fixed. The doctor there said he could fix it no problem and he was correct. So how is this High End Medical Group couldn't fix it but they VA Could? Dr. Aronowitz you need to contact Dr. Abrahamson at the VA Bay Pines, FL 727-396-6661 Ortho Clinic and ask him what he did to fix my arm so you can correctly fix other people in the future!

Dr. Maggs and crew fixed a major hip length disparity so I can no walk without feeling like Igor. My other issue was chronic muscle spasticity which was due to past surgeries and other issues that are better suited for Erin's modality of therapy. This type of therapy nothing like the deep tissue massages or myofascial work I was used to. In fact, I couldn't discern what Erin was even doing since this is a light touch therapy. Right when I was thinking I may have wasted my money, I had muscle adhesions releasing in the area she was focused on, but also on the opposite side of my body and then all over. It was surprisingly effective and she had me sold halfway through my first session. She also offers small affordable packages at a discount. For those paying out of pocket like myself, this was like the cherry on top of a supreme banana split sundae. Erin is a true healer and I just found myself nodding my head when she told me she used to be a RN. She has a passion for healing and helping others that really shines through and just adds the wonderfully welcoming environment at Dr. Magg's office. I must also say that their scheduling app is both extremely easy to use, and such a time saver.
