There is truly no bad class. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend. Side note - I was able to do this throughout my pregnancy and feel it optimized my health during that challenging time. It minimized my weight gain and helped control my blood pressure. It made delivery much easier and healing very quick. Medical professional care addressed the symptoms with very little success and many unpleasant side effects. Finally one doctor said it was due to stress and anxiety so medication was given for those symptoms, results, better, but still with breakthrough episodes and again many side effects. In desperation I sought out George Guarino . By the second visit I discontinued all medication, and have never had another spike again. . I am still, after a year on no medication at all, feel wonder, and have no more fear of the consequences of high blood pressure. Mr. Guarino is forthright, puts you at ease and has changed my life. The gym offers great hours, low membership cost, a large selection of great equipment, locker rooms with showers, steam rooms, great classes, a shake bar, fantastic personal training and a CLEAN atmosphere. Most importantly their trainers and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring about their clients. The staff are always going out of there way to help me when I ask. They really have helped me to reach my fitness goals....THANK YOU to them for always being there for me!! I really love I am always able to get on the equipment I need quickly. Because they offer a wide selection of equipment I rarely ever have to wait for a machine or be stared at by someone else who is waiting to use the machine. Other gyms I have worked out in the past I found this was a big issue for me and it wasted valuable COSTLY time, but I guess you get what you pay for right. I also want to mention its close to lots of shops/ stores like Price chopper, GNC, CVS, Banks, restaurants, etc. so location, location, location is awesome! Its so nice I can run from the gym to the grocery store in less then a minute. Being a busy working mother of four convenience and time management is always key in choosing a gym. He had just been stationed in NY, and his work schedule did not leave him a lot of time to set up things like a gym membership. He went in during his limited time off, was just looking for a month-to-month membership, and was told about monthly rates. When he asked, the staff specifically said there was nothing else he needed to know, and did not make him aware of the contract provision stating his membership would last for a minimum of one year. They let him sign under false pretenses, and they don't have the decency to help him out. Once we raised our concerns (about being told there was nothing else important in the contract) to the staff, they initially told my husband they would cancel his membership. They ended up making us jump through hoops until I finally spoke with Al on the phone, and he was incredibly rude. (He is also only available for a limited time on Wednesdays, and specifically said that my husband's military work schedule was not his problem.) He could have just said it's against the policy to cancel a contract before one year is up. He could have said his staff was wrong to tell us they would cancel his membership. Instead, he denied any responsibility, didn't care that my husband had specifically asked about the length of the contract, and was incredibly rude in the process.
