My family needed some documents notarized and just could not find a time that we were all available to go to a business during the day to sign in front of a notary. But Casey came to our home in the evening on our schedule, so we didn't have to fit it in during business hours and didn't have to take time off work. She had also offered to meet us at a public place or even come to our place of work. If you have a tight or unusual schedule, or are helping someone who can't leave home very easily, then Casey is the notary for you! She responded to messages very quickly to make arrangements, she explained what we needed ahead of time, so we were prepared, she messaged about an hour before our appointment to confirm, and then she was on time. She offered to take off her shoes, she wore a mask at our request (this review written during covid precautions), and she was fine with our dog and cats. Her fee was very reasonable and it ended up costing us less than if we had gone to the brick-and-mortar business we had been planning. I will definitely use Casey again next time I need a document notarized.
