What more can you ask for? Although we hope to never be in the position again, we are very satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend working with Tony. He's top shelf, 24/7!

I was referred to him after 1.5 months of my terrible experiences with her. Working with him on my case, I strongly recommend him for your case defense for four reasons: his competency in laws, prompt work performances, organized work, and effective communication skills. 1. Competent and knowledgeable This is the most important thing that you should be looking for when hiring an attorney, and Tony offers the assets.Tony is a competent and knowledgeable attorney. During my deposition hearing, he made sharp and strong arguments and easily convinced the Judge to subpoena the accuser who had refused to continue to cooperate. All of my friends present at the hearing was very impressed how sharp and competent Tony was as a defendant attorney. His approach definitely comes from his competence and experiences with trials. He has been to more than 60 trials, and he understand how jurors perceive cases. I could see he is a very experienced and skilled attorney. He is also very sharp and come up with ways to discuss the case. When I send him materials that I have found with regards to my case, he would explain what the material could mean and how it could be used as evidence. He thoroughly explained how the jurisdictional processes work. Because he had served as a former prosecutor at the Kittitas court for a long time before he became a criminal defense lawyer. Because of that he also has good understandings of the court system and prosecutors. 2. Complete work promptly Getting the work done in a timely manner is extremely important not only for your case to be resolved quickly so you can get back to your normal life soon but also for your mental health. My first attorney never got the work done, and it caused me lots of stress because I wasn't sure when she would be able to talk to the prosecutor about my case if she hadn't collected any evidence such as police report, public records and so on. When I hired Tony, he immediately requested all of the materials and started to collect evidence. He obtained all of the materials that had never been collected by my previous attorney for almost two months within a week since I hired him. Also, as the trial date was getting close, Tony paid more attention to me and sometimes he would respond on weekends. This really assured me that I had a very supportive attorney who focused on my case. 3. Effective communicator Tony communicates with you in a timely and kind manner. When you are defending your case against the charge, you don't want an attorney who never communicates with you. You wonder where the attorney is at, or you might have some additional questions regarding your case. If your attorney never tells you what she has done, or never provides an answer, the whole process becomes even more stressful. When I contacted him to replace my horrible first attorney, I expressed my concerns about the lack of communication between my back-then current attorney and myself. He told me that he only takes a few cases that he could handle at one time so he could focus and dedicate himself to work on your case. He also promised that he would communicate with me in 24 business hours, and he never failed to communicate with me within 24 business hours, indeed. 4. Organized work styles He is also very organized. He has a personal portal website where he uploads documents that are related to your case and remind you of the court dates. His work is transparent, and you have access to all of the relevant documents on the website. He also sends you an email when the hearing court approaches or when he uploads a document. You are constantly kept updated the work he is doing, and where the work has progressed, and what he has done. He really assures you that he is working very diligently on your case. All in all, Tony is an awesome attorney to work with. Some lawyers take too many cases, and they don't care about your case after you sign a contract. Tony doesn't do that. Tony wants to focus on his clients' cases and works hard for them. You need that kind of lawyer. The past four months have been the most difficult time of my life. As soon as I hired Tony, I was very assured that I would have someone who will work on my case very hard. He immediately gained my full trust and validated it for the entire time. If you are looking for legal help to defend your case, he is your guy.

Big Thanks to Brian Dosch & Amanda…read more After recently moving to Washington, I've faced more than my share of challenges. When I reached out to Attorney Brian Dosch and spoke with Amanda, I was immediately met with kindness and warmth. Amanda made me feel so welcome from the very first call, which meant a lot during this stressful time. When I met with Brian, he spent nearly an hour patiently listening and giving me advice -- and even refused to take payment because he genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision. That level of integrity is rare and something I'll never forget. If you're in Yakima and need legal help, I highly recommend Brian Dosch's office at 1111 Yakima Ave. You won't find a more compassionate team anywhere.

The moment he walked into the courtroom, it was clear how much respect he commands. More importantly, he is kind, empathetic, and truly one of the best attorneys you could ever hope to have on your side. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Tim and his office treated my family with unbelievable compassion and professionalism. I can't begin to express how much that meant to us. Knowing we had someone of his caliber fighting for us gave us comfort and confidence when we needed it most. I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone in need of legal services. If we ever need legal help again, this will always be our first call.

His justification for it was "texting and driving" (apparently you can't use your cell at stoplights either), supposedly speeding (uh-huh...I'd been in the car less than 5 minutes), and distracted driving (riiiight). I would have just swallowed my pride and paid the ticket, but I couldn't have it on my insurance. I was recommended Mark by another Ellenbsurg attorney. Ticket dismissed.

A DUI conviction becomes part of the driving record for life which may result in a lifetime of recurring unpleasant consequences. From the first meeting and throughout the entire process, which lasted months, Mark was genuinely friendly, courteous, explained the process, did not present any false expectations, suggested we talk to other attorneys before deciding who to hire, maintained communications before and after each court proceeding and answered all the many questions that arose throughout the entire process. Mark's education, training and extensive professional experience including serving as a municipal judge, prosecutor and criminal defense attorney all contributed to a very favorable outcome which would not have happened without Mark's skillful representation, hard work, clear knowledge of how to get the best outcome and ongoing professional leadership. Mark is highly skilled as a negotiator and with navigating the complex legal process. Mark Chmelewski is well worth the monetary cost and has earned our gratitude and respect. We highly recommended Mark.

Although his website claims, among other things, that easy financing is available, this is not the case. Even 1/2 down ($5,000) was apparently not enough. They wouldn't even begin filing any paperwork until they had received all $10,000. Due to money transfer limits on my debit card I was only able to get them $9,990 on a Friday and the remaining $100 on the following Monday. That $100 prevented them from doing any work on my case. He also claims that he will provide a "vigorous defense". I was not aware of Mr. Zanol doing ANYTHING in a vigorous manner. Although I retained him on Jan 1 he did not, according to his secretary, begin to work on my case until the week before trial. He filed no motions to suppress evidence, although there was certainly grounds to do so, he said so during our initial consultation. I could best describe his courtroom manner as "prosecutor's bitch". When all was said and done I ended up with the deal that the prosecutor had offered before I even MET Michael Zanol. And that cost me $5,000 when I could have gotten it for free. $5,000 was returned to me since we never went to trial. By the time came to make that decision I had lost all confidence in his ability to provide me with an adequate defense during a trial. His appearance was that of a Santa Claus who had let himself go. As far as I could determine he owned two old ill-fitting sport coats with ugly ties. Easily the worst-dressed person in the courtroom barring the inmates. I would not recommend retaining this guy for anything other than a parking ticket if it was 1/2 off.
