However, over time the silicone must have been a bad batch unbeknownst to the installers, and we noticed a few weeks ago the window was loose. We called the company up and spoke with Jessica and she made sure to have her crew come right out and assess the situation. Within a couple days they were right back out to pull the window and make the repairs. I asked what the cost would be, beings it had been a few years, but she said "oh no, no! This is covered by us!". What great customer service. I will not hesitate to ever use them again for my window projects and nether should you.
