Car broke down on I-90 in Ritzville and called Adam as he is the only mechanic in this small town apparently. Not sure if Adam is belligerent or has dementia, but definitely has some screws loose. After telling me it would be at least a couple weeks before he could even look at anything, apparently he took offence to something I said and told me to get lost and hung up on me. My vehicle wouldn't start at the gas station next door and i asked if he could charge my battery or try to jump start me and he flat out refused. I have never seen a business act this childish before and not help anybody out. The analogy he used was "McDonald's won't cook your hamburger if you take it to them" You're a mechanic shop!!!!!!! read more

Our truck needed a replaced water pump before we could go any further on our vacation. We had to leave our 40' trailer on the side of the highway and Adam's Automotive not only easily and quickly repaired our truck, the wonderful owner Adam offered to use his own truck to Move our trailer! My car broke down right next door and he couldn't get a part till the next day- that's all fine, but I was able to secure a part from a Napa down the street and he refused to put it on. Apparently there's a stupid feud between him and Napa and the manchild could not see beyond it to rescue a woman and two kids. read more

I've never been treated worse by a business. Basically was breaking down in front of his shop. Told me he was too f'ing busy and to basically get lost. Said I could get a hotel and he would eventually get to me in 10 days. I understand you're busy but you shouldn't treat other people like you do. read more

Just outside of Ritzville, our 20 year old Chevy truck started misfiring and the service engine light came on. Adam diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road within an hour and a half. Very personable and professional. Would 100% recommend and come back again. Bonus was the 2 friendly dogs we got to pet while waiting. Amazing customer service and beyond fair pricing. My car started acting strange outside Moses Lake and I limped into Adam's automotive with 2 hours to get to Spokane for a work obligation. Adam gave me keys to a loaner, his awesome daughter tracked me down a cell phone charger, he thoroughly diagnosed my car while I traveled to Spokane and back, gave me sound advice and didn't charge me enough for his time. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Adam and his employees. Avoid this place at all costs. This guy considers stranded drivers as prey. He held our damaged vehicle hostage, even though his bill was paid in full with cash. Also, he tried to mess with our luggage left in our damaged vehicle. The company extorted over $900 from us for a short tow to his yard. read more
