Adam cleaned my couches and did an amazing job! He was very punctual, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the cleaning business! You can tell he is very passionate about what he does! The couches are a dark tan color so they show a lot of dirt stains and when he finished they looked brand new. I also have a dog that often uses the couches and after he cleaned them they smelled very pleasant and clean! OK, this is my first Yelp review, but Adam is so good, so thorough, so easy to work with, and so great with the follow-through, I just had to come on here and post this. We have 13-year-old light-colored carpeting I thought were beyond anyone's capabilities to clean. I have a 5-year-old too, so imagine what condition it is in. Adam came, in a rainstorm, and got it done. But here's the clincher...because of the rain, I didn't open up the house as much as I should have to let the carpeting thoroughly dry. After a couple of days there was a musty smell, but I wasn't sure if was from all the old stuff the carpet cleaning brought up, the stuff used to clean, or even just the house being closed up. Adam came back out and did a second cleaning with freshener to make sure all was good, with no extra charge! He researched to make sure there was no way the padding had gotten wet, and what to use to make sure it would dry and be odor-free. I can't begin to tell you how impressive this is. Adam did absolutely everything right. He was punctual, returned phone calls, did as he promised when he promised, followed up and made sure the client was thoroughly happy. He is worth every penny he charges. I called one of those other guys once, who promised to clean my four rooms for $129. He came out and cleaned a very conspicuous square, and then announced there was no way he was going to do it for $129, it would actually cost $275. Nice scam...he knows no one wants a clean two-foot-square of carpet in a conspicuous place. But I took that over giving this ripoff artist money. He was mad and cussed at me on the way out, so I was naturally put off by finding someone else who would be honest. Adam has changed my mind. read more

Adam was so helpful! We moved out of our rental and needed to get some stains out. My toddler and ground berries into the carpet and spilled coffee. I was sure that the stains would not come out and we would lose some of our deposit. Adam came and spent nearly 3 hours cleaning the carpet very thoroughly. I hired Adam to clean my hallway (which is walked through no less than 12 times a day) and my living room (which had stains from dog poo, pee, pasta sauce, chocolate milk, and sweet an sour sauce so set in for more then a year) I must say my carpet looks like the day I moved in over 3 years ago. I have to admit I have never encountered a carpet cleaning business where they come back without even asking. I had problems with urine and smell from my dog. Adam did the cleaning but was not happy with his work. He came back a few days later to make sure the smell was gone. He did not charge me for coming back. I found Adams here on yelp in a panic to find a carpet cleaner to do our apartment carpets after move out. I called Thursday needing them done the very next day. All others I called were booked up, but when I called Adams (though I think the guys name was Mike) he fit me in at 5 (which is usually after hours). We mainly texted back and forth for the details. On the phone he told me an estimate and that his minimum was $150. The next day he told me he could come earlier, but I had cleaners there and we settled on 4:30. He showed up about 5 minutes early. I was alone with my energetic 3 small children and he was very patient, kind and professional. Apparently there was a miscommunication on the phone and when I said a two-bedroom place, he thought I meant he was only doing two rooms, but he still honored his original quote of $150. He was very professional and easy going. He said it would be around an hour, but I have no idea how long it took because I had to leave with my kids, who were running all over the place. He was SO nice and said he would lock up the place for me when he left. I didn't see my carpets until right before walk through the next day and the property manager was impressed and wanted his contact info. All the stains except for one, which was from liquid vitamin C, which had oxidized (I know because I remembered when it spilled), were gone and the carpet looked great. So Adams Carpet Cleaning does a great job at cleaning, come right on time and really went above and beyond for me (scheduling me in last minute after hours and locking up my place for me).
