This shop can be very busy and items sell out fast so try and buy items early. This shop is not huge so only has two changing rooms so be prepared to wait. All of the uniforms they sell with the school logos on are a good price and great quality stay away from the cheap plain school jumpers they are total rubbish. Make sure you keep your receipt because they can be funny about giving money back and exchanges. Sometimes the staff are not the most helpful of people.

Had sold out of a few items that i needed but my details were taken and within a couple of days (which the member of staff had quoted) the items were put a side for me as promised. It also sells baby clothes and accessories for babies along with prams and pushchairs. I'll be going there for a few years to come yet.

The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the clothes is very good and we always get the kids uniforms from here at the start of each year. The staff are very helpful and cannot do enough for you and always have a smile on their face. In short if you are looking for proper school uniforms for nearly all schools in STMBC then this is the place for you.

I'm not sure whether it went into administration or if the owner decided to call it a day. Admittedly there premises were dated, and also difficult to access for those who were elderly/disabled/mothers with pushchairs, and there was a huge flight of stairs which even tired me out and I'm fairly young! However they were the only decent textile company in S Shields - they sold bedding, curtains, nets, all sort of stuff for your home, and there's no longer anything like that around here anymore so this shop will be sadly missed.

Eldon Square seems to have gained a reputation for having many larger stores, larger than the…read moreaverage store of a typical chain and one of the places that lives us to that is this branch of Ryman, located in the High Friars area of the shopping centre. It is quite a large Ryman store and is probably one of the better Ryman stores I have visited, for overall feel it reaches a level which is on par with Oldham, yet for customer service, it is much better after I was basically banned from their Oldham store for product returns. This store had a decent selection of items including printers, some even were at decent prices too, envelopes and filing equipment. A member of staff greeted me and asked if everything was okay, so overall service was good and above average. As a Ryman store, this store is above average for most factors and it is above average for a store of its kind, to improve maybe looking at the pricing on envelopes and work on some sort of purchasing economy of scale for customers (bulk buying discount) similar to what one would get online for example, as currently, the envelopes are too much per unit for me, but still as one of the better Ryman branches I think this store at least deserves three stars.

The range is not the nest but on the plus side you can order anything within the catalogue to arrive insore. The staff are very helpful and the clothes I find are a bit on the expensive side.
