I've never used a storage before and was apprehensive when the time to relocate to work in another state came, I started searching for a good storage, I visited a few close by me, but I decided to chose Istorage Orange street, I am so glad I did. They're very professional, they gave me honest advise not just trying to sell the space and take my money. They're really genuine and supported me through out the whole process of moving in, I was reassured by their compassionate and friendly service. The units and building are very clean with security cameras, I even went there at night and didn't feel unsafe! I feel safe knowing my stuff are safely stored in this facility. The manager,Trish went above and beyond to make my experience with uhaul acceptable…read more It all started when I rented a 5x8 trailer from uhaul; uhaul sent me An email confirming my reservation and to pick it up at storage King; when i picked it up, uhaul upgraded Me to a bigger trailer for the same price without asking me and without checking if my truck is capable of towing it, which it couldn't. Then uhaul sent me to another storage facility, which when I arrived, it was closed. I tried to call uhaul 4x and they keep on transferring me and putting me on hold. So I went back to storage King, rented a truck, instead of a trailer. Trish the manager was helping me to call uhaul a few times and was very apologetic about the situation. The next day, she Even called me to follow up and tell me that uhaul refunded me 50$ for the ordeal. Now that's what you call customer service! Thank you very much.
