this facility has got to have the most incompetent people working here. i had untill nov 5 th to…read moremove my stuff from their unit. on the 31st I arrived to get one file cabinet , it was the only thing left in there . my bill was paid in full and I made the move out day 30 days prior . I was denied access at the gate . and the answering system is just that ! not an actul way to resolve a issue . like I said the 2 people that I have met working at 951 s John young parkway in kissimmee Florida should not have jobs here ! it's not a difficult task.

They sell products in their front office to combat the non-climate controlled conditions that are also fairly priced and readily available. Very nice people. Easy options for payment and make it easy to cancel your unit - you just need to let them know when you no longer need the storage, remove your items and remove the lock. So easy for such great peace of mind. There's also unique gate codes for entry/exit, and cameras for safety and security.
