Ok guess business is amazing and they can blow off customers like that. Some time had passed i reached out to build a play set, they said yes they could do it, had price time and date. They said after 11 am, come 2 pm no txt no notification i reached out again, they said he was in traffic from Coachella and hell be late and that they will txt when he was in town, guess he never made it to town because still haven't gotten a text. I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess. Three of countertop are now gritty and my bathtub that was new to the home prior to moving in, is also covered in overspray. Most recently we had him install a short fence around our new studio to create a private patio. Before he left he asked me if there was anything else that he could help me with. Sounds small, but it made the biggest difference for a busy homeowner. My towel rack in the bathroom keeps falling off so he replaced the screws and now my towel rack is secure. He also put new door knobs on my wood and security door.
