Ruben called to discuss our project and then came out to our home within a day. He was extremely polite and accommodating, yet unassumingly confident. He listened, asked some questions, made some very insightful recommendations, took some pictures and sent us a solid estimate as promised. Once we retained them, Ruben was our phenomenal daily point of contact. He worked with us closely to understand and meet our every wish. He came to the house every day and texted throughout the day to let us know who was coming, when and what to expect. Ruben was so knowledgeable and laid back that he gave us advice on things we were considering doing outside their scope of work. (i.e. new front doors thru Home Depot and some flooring thru a friend of a friend.) The project turned out more beautifully than we imagined. Along with his very talented framer, Ed, and team, Anders was able to help create and design solutions that extended way beyond our expectations. He went above and beyond my expectations by proactively reaching out to my neighbors and checked in with them to keep the peace during all the pavers cutting and flying palm trees over the house. I enjoyed receiving photos every evening of the work completed that day and learning what was coming next. I felt like I was there! Anders provided recommendations from our initial engagement until the end - including landscape design, lighting placement and plant advice. I really appreciated his expertise and glad I listened because the final product is phenomenal. He also demonstrated great care attention to detail. For example, the paint color for the pergola didn't exactly match his vision so he had his team come back and get it right. The other plumber I contacted afterwards installed the faucet with no drama and for a much lower price.
