The dentist, hygienists, and admin staff are professional and personable - they care ! I have had cleanings, fillings, and implants - all done excellently. For any of you as nervous about "the needle" as I am, they use a topical anesthetic prior to any injection - and when comes time for injection, there is one to numb the first layer, then a second to numb a bit deeper, and a third to numb as much as need so there is no pain (and therefore VERY slight discomfort during the whole anesthetic injection process). We've gone back for several appointments since and every time they are so gentle with my Mom who is very anxious and has Alzheimer's. Monica and Dr. Aljuboori have been so patient with my Mom. They were able to get her to relax enough to do a full lower extraction today. Dr. Aljuboori said she was treating my Mom as if it were her Mom and it is very evident. I moved to the area a year ago and was overdue for an annual exam/cleaning. The exam was very through. I appreciated being able to go through my x-rays and pictures of my teeth with Dr. Peterson. He was very informative and explained in great detail the situation that was going on with my teeth. I have crossbites, a jaw size discrepancy and surprisingly, my wisdom teeth! He offered great suggestions as to what to do to help my teeth. He also gave me a referral to an orthodontist in the area that has worked on his own teeth! Kimberlee was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was great! She explained to me the importance of keeping up with my oral care (which is a given) and offered me a few tips to make taking care of my teeth a little easier. She was easy to talk to and I am thankful that she really took the time to clean my teeth since they easily build up plaque. I tend to have anxiety when I go to the dentist or even think about going.
