A little birdie told me that the Adams' family has gone kooky and they're leaving the business, but Hallmark is an exquisite store nonetheless. I can't get enough of their stuffed frogs, dusty carpet and friendly staff.
The customers there are among the worst I've ever seen though as old wrinkle-rich perverts and technology incompetent boomers ruin the days of the cashiers. Shop till you drop, or just drop and be done.
While their card selection is generous, I can't get over the prices for the free envelopes that come with each card. I'd rather buy a box of them from Mead and even lick the glue twice instead. I'll be back when Mothman stops stealing my credit card. read more
