Being a former metro bus operator, I took it upon myself to meet the needs of the people who were walking past our buses, and I began directing people onto my bus to give them a ride to the main entrance. I continued for twelve hours with one lunch break when things slowed down. The next day I was told Don't worry about coming to work tomorrow They canceled my bus. Later I found out they said I was taking too many breaks and was terminated from the assignment.

My boss gets picked up from his home to the airport and back when he arrives again in Houston, and they are always on time. The rates are not bad it is only around $80 to take him every trip. When I went to go drop off the package the young lady at the desk was very nice their office was small, but over all it was a good experience no troubles.

I knew I wanted to have a destination wedding, and if she could keep all of these people organized, she could surely handle my wedding! We set up an initial meet and greet phone call to go over expectations and discuss needs. From there Cari hit the ground running and came back to us with various options for a destination wedding. We looked at multiple countries and resorts in the Caribbean that worked within our budget. We ended up choosing Secrets Akumal in Riviera Maya, Mexico because it seemed to have the best bang for your buck while offering an easier travel arrangement for our guests. Cari handled all of the communications with the resort for the wedding guests and all of the communications with the wedding coordinators to confirm our date. She handled every stressful aspect of planning without a single complaint, and since I know our guests well, it was shocking! True Rockstar! When we flew to Mexico for the wedding, we were greeted by our driver who had chilled champagne waiting for us in the car. When we got the resort, we had more special gifts waiting for us in the room. I felt like a celebrity all due to Cari's personal touches. We ended up having 97 people attend our wedding, Cari managed everyone's hotel reservation and their airport transfers. I never heard about any issues and every went according to plan. I can't imagine what this experience would've been like if I didn't work with Cari. She made everything seem easy and carefree. I would highly recommend working with her and I plan to utilize her again for any type of group travel.

I will always use these folks because they are simply amazing! Anyways, the Reservation process was nice and easy. I talked to Chris and he had my reservation complete within 3 minutes! He asked for all the information necessary and also kept it friendly with me:) the day before my scheduled pick up (I had a simple pick up and drop off the airport) they called me to confirm the flight time being that I was a new customer and recommended a better time to he picked up from what I originally recommended. THIS WAS A LIFESAVER being that I did not plan accordingly and would have missed my flight if they did not catch my mistake! The driver was nice, safe and very friendly. He didn't talk to me more than needed and greeted me and wished me a safe flight. On the way back, I did not use them because my mom was picking me up from the airport for us to go straight to dinner however like I said above, I WILL be back and use LaBresse in the future! ADDITION: they did move locations, closer to the Willowbrook mall, right off 1960!

We are value-hunters and pretty fussy when it comes to renting a limo. We only do it once or twice…read morea year and only for special occasions. Over the years we've had fantastic experiences, terrible experiences and quite a few in between. Unfortunately, our experience with Labresse was pretty terrible, and I feel the need to warn others away. There are some great car services in this town but based on our experience last weekend, Labresse is not one of them. I felt I had developed a nice relationship with Sally, the lady who answers their phones and coordinates the rentals. I talked to her three or four times and we exchanged three emails, the last two confirming our 5:00pm pickup time. At 5:15pm, no limo, we called and she said "He's scheduled for 5:30pm". Okay, that's infuriating. We HAD to be on time - 9 people with a special dinner reservation and then tickets to a ballet recital. We had no leeway, hence my almost obsessive communications with Sally confirming the times. She said "He's coming up 249", which means at least 15 minutes. 5:30pm: no limo, i called again, "He's coming down your street". 5:43pm he shows up. Even if he'd been scheduled for 5:30 he was late. We piled into a very old limo, although nice in appearance. It had been updated somewhat but still probably 10 years old or well worn. Worse, the AC barely worked, so here we are with 9 people in nice dress clothes packed into this limo and sweating in the July 96-degree heat. When we arrived at our restaurant (Osaka) we had time for just one quick sushi roll and one drink each, then we had to bolt. Our poor guests had come 1,500 miles for this evening and we had 20 minutes for dinner. Bad enough - this would warrant a 2-star rating, but then our driver turned out to know less about Houston's roads than some of our out-of-town visitors. I had to guide him turn by turn, which I really hate in a limo. Isn't a carefree ride what you're paying your $80/hour for? Then it got weird. We made it downtown and I gave him the street and the cross streets and he headed AWAY from them. I got him back on track, told him "Take a right on Preston". At the very first street (not Preston) he said, "Here?". . "No, not here - Preston". Next street: "Here?". "NO, not here! PRESTON!" The street signs downtown are huge, it was broad daylight. What the HELL? In the end Sally gave us profuse apologies and said she wouldn't charge us for the 40 minutes overtime we ran. So we spent $450 for a 5-hour reservation that was wrong in almost every way. Sorry Labresse. There are too many limo companies in Houston to take a chance on ruining another special occasion.

Immediately when we got on the party bus the passenger area was burning up. Instead of cold air it was literally like a heater turned on! So we were in a black bus with high 80's outside and it was like a sauna on the inside! Most definitely not okay! This issue was realized immediately upon getting into the bus however the driver then decided to route us to the church using complete feeder roads from Magnolia to Willowbrook placing us directly into known construction traffic that made us come to a complete standstill! Mind you, the air never cooled in the back and here I am as the bride sweating and in a corset wedding dress with rising anxiety and I almost passed out at one point had it not been for my girls cooling me down by wetting napkins and trying to fan me down!! Needless to say we didn't arrive to the church until 1:50 or later for a 2pm wedding!! After the wedding although he finally drove on 249, the bus still was a hot sauna and we were told the buses would be swapped, however we had the same hot bus without the ac on the way back to the venue.  I had politely asked for a refund and he went around and around giving excuses and long story short it's now been 3 months and nada- he's done nothing to make up for the horrible service so now I feel at this point I will end up having to take my story and experience to the facebook, google, & yelp reviews because no bride should have to have the nightmare of transportation that occured for me on their wedding day! ... so now time to spread the word to AVOID them!!
