After waiting all day, Adam told me to go call someone else (that was going to come with the part that morning, but instead I decided to give him the job because he said he was local and was giving me a better price AND that he wanted to "help me"). He was never clear when we began our dialogue in the morning that the job wouldn't be done the same day. After hours of waiting, after 6pm he finally said that he would only be able to remove the part and had to send it off the following day to be rebuilt. When I said something about the other mechanic, he wrote a pretty rude text message saying that the job required that the "whole nose" of my van be removed (which after MANY youtube videos- no one did that) to call the other guy. And then mechanics wonder why people have no trust in them. I read other's reviews on here mentioning his arrogance & that definitely came through. Just because you've "been in business 20 years" doesn't exactly make you a good business man. You can have awful customer service and still be in business ESPECIALLY if you tell someone they need work that they don't actually need or work is required that actually isn't. I guess he wasn't expecting someone to do the research first. Being unreliable, belittling, arrogant and unclear are the reasons why I am leaving a negative review. This man doesn't respect peoples time. We had an appt for 10a.m. And he didn't show up until 7 p.m. I called him multiple times through the day and kept saying he'd be here in 2 hours. When he arrived he told me he had a family emergency. If that was the case, he should have said that from the beginning and we could have rescheduled. He took the car apart but was missing tools to finish the job even though he knew what the problem was beforehand. When I questioned about the tools, he got very defensive, arrogant and aggressive in his tone as if he was trying to bait me into an argument or almost a fight. If it wasn't because the car was taken apart, I would have dismissed him. Very disrespectful. I was able to google his name and found out he served some years in prison in Broward for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. It's hard to believe that with an attitude like that, his good reviews are from real customers. Stay away from this guy especially if you're short fused like Adam. It may cost you more than just money. Can't wait to see his reply with B.S. excuses and 'god bless' in it. He definitely has a spirit living inside of him but it's not holy. read more

Adams mobile mechanic, was called to diagnose a suspected fuel pump failure. After charging a $95 diagnostic fee, he claimed the fuel pump was fine and the issue was a wiring problem. He charged $500 to run a simple power wire (No New Run Just Tapped Another Cable That Had Power With A Jumper to Fuel Pump) , but the problem persisted. The next day, the car broke down again. Adam returned and admitted the previous repair had been faulty. He had to run a new wire directly to the battery, but this also failed to resolve the issue. Further investigation revealed a simple fuse box replacement was all that was needed to fix the problem. Adam's misdiagnosis and unprofessional behavior led to unnecessary repairs and additional costs. The customer has attempted to contact Adam to discuss the issue, but has only received threats and intimidation. UPDATE: Got In Contact With Adam And Informed Him Of Everything And Asked Him Can We Work Things Out. He Began With Threats And Telling Me He Will Come To My House And We Can Have A Talk That Way, He Had His Brother Texting Me Saying Im Messing With Their Family And They Guarantee It Will Be A Issue. (Everything Saved On Text Messages). Adam And His Brother Continue To Text My Phone And Send Threats And Guarantees Of What They Are Going To Do And Etc. This Is So Un-Professional And Honestly A Disgrace To All The Certified Mechanics Who Take Their Job And Customers Serious. He Will Reply To This Message With All Types Of Frivolous Claims/Lies Of All This Work He Has Done, And Making It Seem As If He Knows The Law, And He Charged Me A Cheap Price, And That He Told Me The Fuse Box Was Bad (He Will Lie All Day Its A Habit For Him).
