The travel trailer is new so he was in contact with the manufacturer, Grand Design. Called Adam on December 17th. Explained that I needed both my AC motors replaced which I had and to check units out. He returned my call the next day and we set an appointment for 12/28 at 10am. He texted me at 8am and confirmed he would be there at 10. BTW, I was in no hurry and with the holidays expected the appointment to be further out. He was prompt and professional! He jumped right into it and 2 hours later all was complete & working great! Can't say enough good things about Adam. Very knowledgeable and we had some good conversations!. Adam is great to work with. My steps would not come out. He asked me a couple questions to try and figure out what the problem was. He ordered the part he thought it was with no obligation to me. He kept me informed on the status of the delivery of the part and came the same day it arrived. On his way he had an emergeny call and notified me right away that he would be delayed but promised he would get to me that day. Once here he acted quickly and let me know what he was doing. Turns out it may have just been stuck so after getting the stairs out we decided to leave it for a few days to ensure the lubricate soaked in and the problem was resolved.
