You will be dealing with the same employees at this business for their storage locations. The only thing that warrants a single star in the review is the price of renting here. Otherwise it's terrible service. I've been trying to provide my notice to vacate for 2 weeks now and no one will return my email and phone messages. I talked to a lady at dallman drywall where their office is co-located and she did apparently cancel something because now I received a late payment text notice on a payment I did expect to make. I just need them to acknowledge that for October it will be canceled. I should have heeded the warning sign when I rented because they also wouldn't respond to emails and calls then so I drove there and the lady I had to deal with chewed me out for showing up as they do all business remotely.
