He was not only on-site for the rebuild but was on our roof supervising every aspect of the construction as well as working himself to insure everything was done expertly. He kept us posted on every aspect of the project, to include cost, schedule, expectations, etc. While our roof was under tarp, Greg came out to the house every morning to inspect the tarp to ensure it was secure. They were also available quickly, which was great with the upcoming holiday, I needed this project done ASAP. They were punctual and very polite. The work did take a bit longer than expected, though they worked non-stop until it was done. In the end they even honored the quote, but I added a bit on top just because they responded reasons to my requests. They installed two 4' x 8' static racks over the garage door, and two pull-down 4' x 4' racks. Happy with the results!
