I was told he had this all worked out with the dealer on the phone. I did this and the pump was put in I was told the refund would take at least a month and would come to them and they would pass it on to me . I called in a month and half to check on it they say they know nothing about it and have no record of it. So I am out $1200 that I should have been paid back for the new pump. I guess its my fault for not getting it all in writing but I thought they could be trusted.
