This was among the worst advice I have ever received. I sincerely believe that if Mr Fadden had…read morespent more time focusing on my legal situation and the requirements therein and less time on the amount of hours he could bill me for, this may have resulted in a much better situation for me. It is very obvious to me now that he did not advocate for me and did not care about my well being as the result of his work. He declined to answer any of my calls and emails regarding the process at its conclusion and his attitude was one of "we are all set -thank you for your business". As the result of Mr Fadden's council, I am currently in a position that favored the other party in the transaction and I have already incurred costs based on this advice that amounts to several thousand dollars. What is worse is that there is no end in sight and I continue to pay for additional services as the result of his actions. I would most sincerely advise anyone considering an engagement of his services to ensure you watch carefully during your interactions, ask many questions regarding the process you undertake and ensure you stay on top of his billing hours.
