I'm very disappointed with my experience with this firm. My case took almost two years to resolve. The settlement was over $27K, yet after everything was deducted, I ended up receiving only around $7K. Before I accepted the settlement, I was told over the phone that they believed they could get my net recovery to at least around $8K. That was part of what I understood when deciding whether to accept the settlement, so finding out afterward that my final amount was lower was especially disappointing. The attorney fees and costs were over $9K, which ended up being more than what I personally received. There were also over $40K in medical bills involved. After almost two years, I expected a better outcome, clearer communication, and more proactive handling of my case. Based on my personal experience and the final outcome, I would not use this firm again. read more

My experience with Adamson Ahdoot LLP was mixed and ultimately disappointing. The legal case itself was resolved, and I appreciate the work that was done on my behalf. However, I had significant concerns regarding communication, transparency, and attorney fees throughout the process. At the beginning of the representation, my spouse and I, who are native Portuguese speakers with limited English proficiency, understood through verbal discussions that the attorney fee would be 26%. We did not have a Portuguese interpreter present when signing the agreement, and we relied heavily on the explanations provided at that time. Over the course of more than five years, the case was transferred between several attorneys, and we received very little communication regarding how attorney fees might be calculated or applied. Near the conclusion of the case, we learned that a substantially higher percentage would be charged than we had expected based on our understanding at the beginning of the relationship. The lack of clear and consistent communication regarding fees was the most frustrating aspect of our experience. We also had concerns about delays, limited updates, and the overall transparency of the process. I got hit by a car as a pedestrian, reached out they took my case. As I was heading to the hospital to get my report the worker tells me "hey you have been hit by a car and we know you have so much stress please just go home and relax we will send you to our specialist, you do not need to go to the hospital we accepted your case we will take care of everything" ... fast forward I kept reaching out because I they kept sending me to a chiropractor but no MRI or doctor check up or anything but the would assure me that everything was as it should be ....month and half later I ge a phone call from what seems to be a Teen Girl with an attitude telling me "we have records from the DMV and they car is uninsured so your case is dropped" ... what ? ...so I reach out to other attorneys who happily want to help me even if the guy was uninsured...BUT they NEED the hospital accident report from the accident...the same report they told me not to go get !!!! ...when I reached out to them I just have a bunch of of what seems KIDS screaming at me telling me "absolutely no way we told you not to go to the hospital" .... This "Firm" is literally a HIGH SCHOOL. High-volume, automated firm that likely gets terrible outcomes with unhappy clients. They have some sort of robo-texter that reached out immediately after I submitted my info on their website. This was at 9am and we scheduled at call for 2:30. At 1, they texted me saying it was important we spoke ASAP. I responded saying we already had a call scheduled. 2:30 rolls around and no call. I text the number asking if it's still a good time, they say they'll call me at 2:30 - it's 2:40 by now. I state this and they say they'll call me shortly. 2 hours go by and still no call. I say I can reschedule to 11 the next day. No call. However, that morning, I my phone was blowing up a 8:00am but I was busy and didn't answer. Then, I get a call at 6pm (on a Friday), I answer, they state it's this sketchy firm, I ask for a minute so I can get a doc out to type any notes, they say no problem, then hang up. Lawyers are "supposed" to be professional. I work in M&A and would never treat a potential client like this. If I did, it would mean I'd be terrible at my job, never be responsive/leave clients in the dark all the time, and likely not work hard for a great outcome. I'd avoid this firm if you want someone that would take your case seriously. read more

They lied to me and said they would pursue a manufacturer malfunction suit for my car not deploying airbags correctly which resulted in my injury in an accident. Instead they tried to pursue the other party without my consent or notice then once I found out and told them I never asked for that, they dropped me as a client and stiffed all the chiropractors and radiologist for the bill. Sent a letter saying they'll take care of all the expenses and never did. They're scammers, unprofessional, don't respond for weeks on end, and never honored the work they said they were doing. I would give this law firm zero stars if I could. 3 years ago I was ran over by a car while delivering a door dash order on my bicycle at night in the city of San Francisco. I was going down a hill on my bike doing about 20 mph when all of a sudden I was struck by a car and t boned. The car sent me flying about 10 ft where I landed head first on the asphalt. I wasn't wearing a helmet so I was hardly conscious and able to move, I was helped by a crowd of bystanders on the sidewalk as they called 911. The driver of the vehicle soon began being questioned as to why he didn't see me or stop before running me over. Cops were then called to the scene along with an ambulance. When the officers arrived and began questioning the driver about what had happened, the driver showed no remorse and began laughing with one of the other officers as he was being questioned about what had happened. All this happening while I laid on the ground in painful physical agony as I could hardly move. Talk about a sick world that we live in. Shortly after the ambulance showed up and paramedics quickly put me in a stretcher and began with my aid. Doctors at the er said I was lucky to be alive and if the car had been traveling faster I could have possibly died that night. I thank God I am still here. So in the following days after being released from the hospital I began to search for an attorney that could help me with my case. I made some calls and before I knew it I had this notary lady come to my residence and present to me different law firms that she worked with. I regret ever meeting this lady as she recommended me adamson ahdoot. She told me that they were the team to go with and one that could help me win a settlement to cover my medical expenses and get me compensated. I took her word for it not realizing after 2 years later I would realize it was one of the worst decisions I ever made in my life! This piece of s#!% team had me going to physical therapy for about a year and always had me check in with my case manager who goes by the name of Francia Estrada. Only to be dropped by them 2 years later, telling me they couldn't negotiate anything with the insurance company. They blamed an inconsistent police report. And besides the first day that I signed to have them represent me, I never spoke to the attorney handling my case because quote on quote from my case manager "your attorney can't speak to you directly about any updates anything you want an update about goes through me your case manager" like what? They wasted my time and effort and had me hoping for a much better outcome when the whole time they seemed to not care so much about me their client and how it had negatively impacted my life. They dropped me as a client and said that after 2 years of ligating there was nothing they could do to help me get the justice I so rightfully deserved. Now I am leaving this review to warn those who have become personal injury victims. Beware and choose another law firm because this one will waste your time and will not respect your dignity. ive in Sacramento, Ca & have been working with Admason Ahdoot LLP since April of 2023 on two separate cases and unfortunately the experience has been far less than satisfactory. Case managers and supervisors alike have made numerous discrepancies and oversights that they apologize for and then continue to make mistakes and again, apologize some more while brushing them off as minor. Mistakes that have slowed the process down significantly and have created numerous doubts on my end. The last thing anyone wants is someone representing you that isn't diligent and doesn't read the fine print. Communication has been limited and poor and to get any type of update on the progress is like pulling teeth as it feels as though they've been giving me the run-around. It's been over two years now and my case is nowhere near resolved with no resolution in sight with mistakes still being a constant on their part.
