My attorney is Hagop Baronian and I have a stress injury. He is useless. I had to write my own petition. I had to threaten them in order for them to submit it. Of course they did that wrong also. I had to find my own doctors which he managed to mess that up. He and his team has lied to me several times. I contact Winslow West who is the WCAB's lawyer and he even said he wasn't sure why my lawyer wasn't telling me the truth and apologized. Wilslow even said I can give his number to my attorney and he would clarify what he was having trouble with. I forwarded it to Hagop and his goofy self still has not done the correct thing. I had to go through the client -lawyer bridge through the state bar for him to finally tell me anything in my report.
