Not satisfied with their efforts. Facts: I had a car accident in 2016 as a passenger and was a minor at the time. I lost my vision in my left eye and had a fractured back. Needed to have multiple surgeries in my eye including a transplant and implant, however I wasn't able to recover my vision. I ended up receiving $3k compensation after deductions. Not a lot considering what I lost. One thing I will give them is they made sure to send me an Uber to my doctors appointments, I really appreciated that. Communication was always hard. I only received communication from Eric Martinez and it was very little. Once I turned 18 I tried to ask for a copy of my case file but was directed to Michelle who was very hard to deal with. They made it quite hard to go about receiving a copy and I ultimately didn't gone through the process. Opinion: I didn't and still don't have much knowledge of the case but I feel as if they settled for what they could get. I feel like they didn't do enough to represent me and my mom who was also involved. I still receive birthday cards years later which kind of feels like a slap in the face. read more

They spend a lot of money on advertising to quickly get you to "sign" with them; they'll do absolutely no work and are only looking for easily no-effort winnable cases for them that will pay them out big time (why would you even need a lawyer in this case?!). As soon as they determine your case may take even the slightest bit of effort on their part, or perhaps the case isn't a "cash cow" -- they'll "drop" your case leaving you with a bunch of bills for YOU to pay, no actual progress in your case, and precision time wasted that you'd have needed to win a legitimate case. read more

Horrible Horrible Communication. I've dealt with SEVERAL people over the past 4 years and know nothing more than I did the day I was in my not at fault car accident. I'm unable to get medical treatment due to us moving, and I missed the cut-off by 1 week to the 2-year mark. I am grumpy because of neck back and hip pain, and unfortunately, I have 2 bad knees, and they don't support my gate. I've spoken to the attorneys or whomever I speak with. I'm told great news we get to go into litigation and can now go after the driver who hit me and failed to maintain her vehicle. But now I have a 3rd person on my case, and all I've heard about is that the poor lady had children in her car. I had my 1yr 10mos old granddaughter in my car, but because she was in a car seat and restrained properly, she suffered from anxiety when you step on the brakes fast or go around a corner. I'm angry! I had to replace my car because it was totaled from the head-on. I'm now in the process of giving my car back because I'm unable to get medical treatment and am unable to work. My injuries were hard on my marriage, and my spouse has since passed away. I had uninsured under insured motorist, and now I'm told we can draw off of that. Why should I have to settle for my coverage. The driver who failed to maintain her lane had 2 insurances as she was in a hertz car she was buying. She is also a business owner. One of the attorneys told me when they spoke of litigation and a higher fee on their end. 4 years next month, and I just want to see a doctor and can't until the case is closed. Call me back Arashlaw the chiropractors I've seen would love to get paid, too. I would not recommend this law firm at all. The firm ended up listening to my concerns when I was unsatisfied with the resolution. I had the BEST treatments, surgeons, and doctors. Gabriela was supportive when I complained about sub par doctors and she immediately took note and provided exemplary medical care. Horrible experience, wrongful death lawsuit. Eric doesn't know how to communicate. When I called to cancel my services with them after he was not getting back to us, I requested amount owed, he talked all the bullshit he could promised we would keep us updated twice a week, sure he did for the first few weeks and then after no response, hard to get ahold of him, unanswered emails. He is so unprofessional, he would call and send links, but no voicemail or text informing us he is sending a link and what it's about. We did our own investigation and gave him information to get the ball going, and once we did that he would call and ask if we had more Information for him. We lost our mom and he acted as he cared In the beginning, sympathetic, but at the end I found out he sold himself to the insurance company.
