I always like to go to a variety of nurseries across town to check out the deals on different plants and you'll often find a great deal on one at one place but then find a great deal on a different plant at another, it's just always good to look around. I've been working on some projects in my yard and while I'm not ready to buy, I did find some good stuff here for both indoor and outdoor planting. The parking situation is not great at all. I feel really bad saying that because it's just kind of their reality but it's always a hassle.

Who leaves a job unfinished, with no call to the customer or at least an apology for the inconvenience. A company that doesn't value their customers. The previous issue we had with Empire was the same kind of lack of pride in their work. We asked for some basic mowing and edging to be completed, the job was less than satisfactory. Everything looked great for the first few months and the workers were very kind and hard working. My planter bed still looks great also. However (only one year later) now I have a full rock bed full of grass and weeds. I'm not sure what kind of fabric they used under the rock but it's only been one year since they installed it and it looks weedy. I cannot even keep up with all of the weeds and grass coming through it. I'm very disappointed that I paid them to install fabric. It honestly looks as if there is nothing under the rock. It's strange but,…read morein an era where I have interpersonal contact with all of just two people, regularly, you'd think I'd be starved for any human contact; When it came to getting quotes from tree trimming services last week, the last thing I honestly felt like doing was calling various places and scheduling meetups. But that little Request a Quote button? It just made everything easier, and more anti-social. Within a few hours I had quotes arriving from three companies, and Blossom Trees was the first to respond. It's looking like the great reviews don't lie. Blossom Trees responded first, they were the first to visit, they provided a written estimate that turned out to be the most inexpensive quote, and they were able to fit us in within five days of the original visit. They sent four people to handle one slightly overgrown plum tree and, while my photo only shows the end result, it should be noted that they completely cleaned up after themselves, which wasn't easy -- their 45 minute job shook every single yellow, orange and brown leaf from the branches, and left a big pile on the ground. I'd hire again in a heartbeat.
