When I called, I had the pleasure of talking with L.J. He was very kind, patient, professional and friendly. I was told my oxygen co pay per month is $30.00 now I am being charged $100.00 per month. I did not get my Feb or Mar bill until Apr and I do not have that kind of money. Billing department keeps hanging up on me. They are charging me for my mask replacement when I shouldn't be charged as it was apart of the charge from when I picked up my CPAP machine which I am also being charged on. I have since turned in my oxygen and trying to send back my CPAP machine. So now I owe over $200.00 that I don't have. Adapt health is the worst to deal with. Company still charges my husband's credit card for monthly rent and supplies we never received , 3 months after we returned the bi-pap machine. To dispute a transaction is a nightmare, they insist we have to pay for supplies because it was delivered. Really? I ordered a hospital bed over a year and a half ago for my elderly father in Pennsylvania well I am on autopay please never do that please they will continue forever and ever to take money which is called stealing money out of your account it will never end I've been battling it for a long time. They keep sending me a bill and taking money out of my account and I call every month and they keep saying no no one more payment your bet is paid off then later on you get another bill auto pay they took money out of your account again no no your account is paid off it never gets paid off they steal your money out of your account they source all their work out in other countries every single one of them will tell you a different story. As of today March 2nd 2026 just got off the phone because a month ago they said all I owe is $6.22 and in my bed for my father would be paid off I said I shouldn't give you any money because you told me I paid it off in November then you said in December in January and then now February I get a bill of $6.22 so now I said again why did not get a bill yet I asked this on February to send me a bill of $6.22 and she said it just wait it will take 6 to 8 weeks to send you out a bill.. I told them they use a tactic called bait and switch which is very illegal in almost every state. They need to be stopped this business for their shady business actions that they do. I looked at almost all the reviews and they have scammed so many people please listen do not go with this company find a legitimate in the state company that real people care about your real needs... Double billing my card for supplies. Poor Communications with phone support. They hung up on me after they could not answer my questions and their English is horrible. I called back and got the same lame answer from a different person. They said they would email me and that was a lie. They are coding my invoices wrong when sending to my insurance company and then billing my card 100% since the insurance company insurance will not pay until they send the correct coding. I'm so fed up with this company. I found I can get the same supplies on Amazon for less than what I'm paying after insurance pays out their part. I'm ready to buy the damn machine out after 4 months just to get rid of this piss poor company. read more

This review will be short and to the point. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. My experience tracks with all prior reviews. Had a 1 pm appointment for my disabled son's initial bipap machine. A rollover and collision closed Rancho except for 1 lane, so we called at 1:01 to advise of delay. Immediately put into phone queue with message about heavy call volume. After 7 min we were nearing location, so I told wife to hang up. Arrived at 1:16 and 5 min later, black lady in her 20's informed us (with a condescending attitude) that they had a 15 min late appt policy and she had another client expected. We mentioned trying to call and that there were no other customers of any sort present---We were dismissed. I observed no one waiting and no phone calls while there. We left the lot at 1:32--still no next customer. Must be nice to be able to turn customers away. I read reviews from Google, Yelp and the BBB. Virtually all agree that your experience here will likely be substandard . We are going to another DME supplier. I suggest you do the same. read more

Adapt to health is probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I don't recommend them anybody having a deal with these guys. I made my copayment like 12 days ago. They still have not sent out my continuous glu. Cose modern the scruple smarter in devices. Even though I'm completely out of them. I get to run around every time I call them. I'm through Humana and Humana goes through intermountain health. Which forces me to use this piece of s*** company? They're horrible. They don't care about you. They don't care about me how they see in businesses because we're forced to use them. I'd recommend if your company tells you. You have to go there, tell them they don't feel their orders. It is not easy to get an appointment with a Respiratory Therapist with adapt Health. I was on the phone for an hour this morning and have been waiting for a call back since 11;30 am. It is now 2: 50 pm. It seems I might have to drive to the Rancho address to get an appointment. I picked up my CPAP machine 3/29. When I got home, I realized I did not get an air filter. I was unable to call until Monday 4/1. I explained this to a woman who said it would go out that day. Nothing arrived STILL and it's 4/9. I was called by a man from there Wednesday 4/3, asking what I needed to replace. We went through the items and I told him about my call 4/1. said it went out 4/2. Yesterday I called and was told it would be at my house by 10 pm. Nothing came. I called again today and the woman assured me it would be delivered by 7 pm today. It wasn't. Still waiting for billing errors to be corrected from Jan 1, 2024. I got nowhere with the Adapthealth billing dept, so Humana arranged a 3-way call to them and explained how Adapthealth was overcharging on the Cpap machine (American Ancillaries on Sunset) and the monthly rental amounts by 5%. Humana said they still owe me money for over charging. The billing rep said she would send it to their "Complaint Dept" and NOT to pay the latest of many incorrect bills. Said someone would call or email me. Nothing yet. Not even a CORRECTED bill! Still waiting patiently. Incompetent? Sloppy-slow billing practices? Sloppy management? Adapt Health is a great example of a for-profit health care company. In the 18 months I've been been paying off a cpap machine and associated gear I have been bombarded with calls to buy, buy, buy replacement materials. Further, their confusing billing documentation and poor communication from the billing contacts has been extremely frustrating. Even though I feel like I'm being overbilled on the last payment I will gladly pay it so I can be forever done with any connection to Adapt Health and Home Medical Express. read more

They sent me supplies for the wrong CPAP machine. When I called them about it, they asked me send back the incorrect supplies so that they could send me the correct supplies. I sent back the incorrect supplies and they acknowledged receipt of them. However, they would not send me replacements and their customer service representative was rude and hung up on me. read more

I get my oxygen equipment from this company. They have done a great job at keeping my oxygen supply up. I will be traveling out of state and they have promised me that I could make it with a travel concentrator. I look forward to being able to try something new. They bill my insurance every month. I ordered life sustaining CPAP supplies in September 2024! I got a bill in December for $250 and they're telling me I can't return them after 30 days! They're telling me that I didn't meet my Medicare deductible for the year! They send me emails saying I can get my supplies for little or no cost as a Medicare patient! Unfortunately I'm having more issues with completing successful orders with this company. So disappointing. Back in January of 2020: The item that was delivered to me [and which I paid my copay at the moment I ordered it].... I was sent a bill for the remaining balance! After being on the phone with AA medical with no success to get an answer from them as to why my insurance didn't pay them, I then called my insurance company. My insurance company told me that AA Medical did not provide all the information needed to complete the payment. It took almost an hour on the phone with my insurance company setting up a three way conference call with AA Medical to figure out that AA Medical did not "code" the bill adequately. My insurance company needed further information from them which they did not provide initially. Instead of my insurance company (not elated about them either) and AA Medical taking care of it between themselves, AA Medical decided to just send the balance of the cost of the item to me! I had to get both parties on the phone to communicate between themselves to get the matter handled. Ridiculous! Last month I placed a small order over the phone with a representative. Once again with the hopes of the order would be smoothly and successfully completed. As of this update review I am once again having issues getting my order via mail. The first order appears to be in limbo held up somewhere, somehow between AA Medical and USPS. The second "free replacement order" still has five business days to go but according to USPS tracking has yet to be received by the postal service. I'll be looking for another CPAP supply company. I've given them too many chances to 'get it together' only to have yet more problems. So disappointing. read more

Biggest distributor in the Las Vegas area! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with. You don't go to a storefront to do business without an appointment!! CPAP supplies must be ordered online with numbers, not descriptions. The first order came in with the wrong parts and when I took them back to return them they gave me an e-address. Sometimes it is nice to talk to a person, not a rude receptionist I requested my doctor to transfer my Oxygen supplies, concentrator, and portable concentrator, which they did, and now provide this equipment. I'm still stuck with them for CPAP supplies, but I won't return to the storefront until the CPAP unit either fails or is out of warranty! Definitely not a "service company! read more

My mother went this morning with a prescription from her doctor for a walker. My mother is 89 years old. They refused to give her a walker because they couldn't read the prescription. Horrible copy. Don't sign up for Autopay! You have to call them to get it taken off. I've tried their website but you have to call. They take forever to get back and redirect every call to someone else. I had to go into a facility to talk to anyone. I was sent the wrong CPAP supplies 2 times and returned the items and they still tried to charge me for everything!!!!! My wife was referred to this business by her Doctor.The service is absolutely horrible. Avoid this place at all cost! They don't care about patients whatsoever! They rarely even answer a phone . When they do answer and tell you they will order your supplies or call back, they don't do either one. This place should be shut down! The person behind the counter informed my wife that none of the managers worked in the store and that they all worked from home. How can a business be managed from home with no one in the store to see how the employees are treating and responding to customers. Again what a joke for a business. Literally turned on autopay "because we had a card on file and you didn't answer your phone" I work I can't always answer and my payment was NOT past due! "This a first of the month coompany sweep policy." Never ordering supplies again. I turned off autopay because they bill one amount then rebill same invoice for 4 to 8 times more without warning. While on the phone with a supervisor I also learned they double dip, if you change insurance and the machine is not paid infull you get to start over and pay the whole machine again! NO you cannot come in to call your Dr to fax a replacement you now have to go home and start over and make two appointments to get this done. I picked up my CPAP machine and went through the training. I think the lady's name was Von. She was great and very helpful.

We use this company for a medical necessity. they promised us that they can get a backup machine to us in 2 hours. well friday afternoon a technician worked on the machine and when she left the machine stopped working. after repeated calls I finally got through to the corporate office who said we would have to wait till monday. I told it him we needed the machine that evening and his response was ..well go to the emergency room. this company is appallinly incompetent. read more

I contacted AA/Bennett Medical Supply Company regarding a CPM machine. I questioned three different individuals who answered their phone as to whether the technician delivering the machine would set it up for me. They said the technician would set it up on my bed and adjust the settings. This machine is for me to use after PRP injections to my knees, for assistance with range of motion enhancing my recovery. This was an out of pocket cost to me of $240. Unfortunately, the technician delivered the equipment and left it on the living room floor explaining to me that they were not allowed to do anything but deliver the equipment. He contacted his office and his supervisor supported the technician's explanation. The machine was left here sitting on the living room floor. My experience with AA medical was VASTLY different than the majority of these reviews. Once my cpap was ordered, I did have to follow up when they had said they'd call me back, hence the 1 star deducted. Aside from that, the tech was super helpful getting me set up, they answered all my questions, and gave technical assistance where needed. I didn't have a lot of say on who ended up fulfilling my cpap prescription, and ultimately I think AA medical was completely satisfactory. read more
