We drove down to the store, and John personally walked us through several options with patience, knowledge, and genuine compassion. We decided on a specific bed that needed to be ordered, and this is where John absolutely saved the day. With only one day's notice, he delivered a temporary bed directly to her facility so she could come home as planned. He didn't just drop it off--he set it up, made sure the sheets were on, added a fall pad, and ensured everything was ready and safe for her arrival. When our ordered bed comes in, he'll even swap it out seamlessly. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore, but not here. If you need a hospital bed or ANY medical equipment, look no further. This is the place. We are so thankful we didn't gamble on ordering something online. Well, you know what happens, you always forget something obvious you overlooked. In my case it was the needles for my insulin pen. It was very important that I take my insulin everyday and forgetting the was a concern, but I was in a large city and thought it would be fairly easy to find them. Well, I was wrong. As soon as I realized I forgot to pack the needles, I went on the search to get some. Believing it was a simple task of running down to a drug store. I was wrong, again. I spent the next day and a half scouring Sin City looking for the needles I desperately needed. I was about to give up and drive home when I luckily ran across Las Vegas Pharmacy. These guys not only saved my vacation, but pretty much saved my life. When I called them and explained my situation they took action. They had the needles for my pen, something the rest of the city was out of stock of. The price was more than half off of what I would've paid at a national drugstore. That was a big shock to me, a pleasant one at that. They took my order and we arranged them to be delivered. The hotel, which will remain nameless, forgot to let me know I had received the delivery. I immediately assumed that it was the pharmacy's fault and didn't deliver them when I hadn't received them at the agreed upon time. I was supposed to get them by 5:30 PM, but at 7:00 I still hadn't received them. By now I was both frantic and furious. I was going to have to miss another dose and pretty much end my visit. I got on the phone and called the pharmacy but they had already closed for the evening. I was able to leave a voice mail. I laid into them for not delivering the needles. What happened next will explain why Las Vegas Pharmacy deserves 5 stars. A few minutes of leaving a rather spiteful voicemail, I received a call from the pharmacy. They assured me that the delivery had occurred. I mistakenly did not believe them, for I had called down to the front desk many times to check if the delivery had come. The representative for the pharmacy swore the delivery was made. He even went as far as calling the delivery driver to get the time it was delivered as well as the hotel staff's name who had signed for them. That blew my mind and made me switched my blame from the pharmacy to the hotel. Armed with my overwhelming evidence that the delivery indeed had been made, I went to the front desk of the hotel. At first they were adamant that no such delivery was made. But when I started dropping names and times their tune immediately changed. Needless to say they were able to find them and tried to blame the pharmacy for not delivering the needles directly to me in my room. Yeah, you can figure out for yourself where the logic in that lies. So I was wrong multiple times. Blaming the pharmacy was unfair to them so I thought I'd set the record straight. Las Vegas Pharmacy is an amazing company. Their prices are fantastic, their service is truly beyond question. Seriously, way beyond question. Not only did they save my vacation money, they really did save my life. Bottom line, Las Vegas Pharmacy is a company that's worthy of your business. If ever you're in Las Vegas and find yourself needing pharmaceutical items. Save yourself sometime and money and visit them first. If you're not in Vegas, they ship out to anywhere. Trust me, trust them. Don't believe me, try them first yourself you'll see.

Arman saved our vacation!!! We arrived in LasVegas on Saturday morning to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and found out Saturday night that the bellman at our hotel had dropped my husband's CPAP machine and broke it. Frantically in the middle of the night I began my CPAP search online and found CPAP Store USA Las Vegas, not far from our hotel. I called Sunday morning and spoke with Arman. He made special arrangements to meet us at the store Sunday morning, since they were closed, and got my husband completely set up with new machine and all the accessories. Arman was very knowledgable about Sleep Apnea and CPAP treatment. We learned some new tips and pointers and walked away as very satisfied customers. I've been recently diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. I went to my doctor and complained about my snoring and he suggested I go through a sleep study. I did decide to take his advice and the tests results came back stating that I have severe obstructive sleep apnea. I was informed one of the treatment options was to use a CPAP machine. I started to research options and locations. So I found CPAP Store USA in Las Vegas and these guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and it was reasonably priced. Simply put, these people were awesome to say the least. Friendly relaxed environment, their mission is to help you with your needs. I truly felt at home! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for CPAP supplies. First time visiting the store was on a Sunday and was looking for a different CPAP mask then the one I was prescribed. The gentleman that helped me out was very informative and wasn't pushy at all. At that time I was only there for info and to do window shopping. Informed him that I would be giving my original mask a try and be back in a week. Well a week later I returned to the store and the same gentleman remembered me and what exactly I was looking for. Very knowledgeable staff we're able to get completely set up with CPAP machines mask and even an oxygen pump. We found that we were using the wrong equipment for the last 10 years that's why we were not getting any better one night with the right stuff my husband is feeling 100% energy then he's ever had in the morning. So many choices as far as mask and machines choices this is the place to go! The staff was knowledgeable and assisted on our purchasing of CPAP machines. This is the store that I've been waiting on for years! I started treatment for sleep apnea two years ago and have been ordering my products online without being able to see/touch them in person. The CPAP Store is a great place to get hands-on with new products and see what my options are. I have a ResMed device and the staff has all of the accessories I need. Left the gasket to my humidifier at home because of a new SoClean machine. Leaked everywhere and so I spent the night without a CPAP for the first time in 23 years! On my way to North Dakota the next day. I desperately looked for a store that night and there was the CPAP store with a replacement humidifier for my Resmed airsense 10. Traveling, left my power supply for ResMed AirSense 10 in hotel at Grand Canyon. Found CPAP Store on Google. Was after 5:00 pm on a Friday. Wasn't sure that I would get an answer. Arman took my call. Arman Madz found an obsolete part for a sleeping device, rushed it to our hotel on his own time and did this all at store closing and during rush hour. During the sales…read moreprocess, I informed the technicians that I split my time between Las Vegas and Singapore and that the machines would primarily be used overseas. Everything worked fine while I was in Las Vegas. However, once I returned to Singapore, I noticed the usage hours were being recorded incorrectly. For example, after 8 hours of sleep, the machine would only show about 2 hours of usage. Since compliance data matters with CPAP therapy, this is not a minor issue. I contacted iSleep to ask how to adjust the time zone and was referred to their Clinical Services team. After explaining the situation, I was told they knew what the issue was but would not assist due to company policy. I escalated to a clinical supervisor who was polite but also refused to help or even attempt to find a solution. These devices are less than two months old and still under warranty. Refusing to assist with what appears to be a simple configuration issue -- especially when international use was disclosed at the time of purchase -- is disappointing. I was also told the time zone could be changed in the app, which is not accurate. The initial sales experience was smooth and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, post-sale clinical support was a major letdown. If strong after-sales support is important to you, I would think carefully before purchasing equipment here.

That being said, it was easy to find and they were able to provide us with a wheel chair so that my friend's mom could come with us to the Strip today. Their prices were reasonable too! None of this foolishness that we encountered with another company, only delivering to hotels. Nope, they allowed us to pick up the WC, and we've got it for a week. looks like Mom will be up for some excursions with the fam!

The operators name was Patty and informed me that the computer system was down because, "I don't know if you are aware or not, but President Trump has shut down medicaid, and we aren't able to check on the computer." At that time I became very angry and informed her that I was a Donald Trump supporter and he has nothing to do with her incompetence. I told her that I would call back tomorrow (02/20/2019) and if she can't give me the answer on why I'm not getting my supplies......I will be changing my supplier!

Neil essentially refurbished it --replace the ballast, cleaned it out etc. Ended up buying a SunStation floor lamp to add to my 10000 lumen sun replacements! l am grateful!
