I had some issues getting what I needed from another Durable Medical Supplier and I took the individual pieces of what that company sent me to the CPAP store and Susan put in all together for me and even packaged it and it is not even their equipment and did it all for no charge. After many months of dealing with health insurance and in-network providers not providing, I came here with my prescription, hopes, and wishes and left with equipment! I will have to submit receipts to my insurance company, but at least I finally got what I needed(no more waiting and uncertainty)! I needed an adaptor for my Air Mini, and I was having a hard time getting the answers I need on online CPAP companies, so I decided to try out a brick and mortar store so I could see the adaptor and talk with an expert. I went to The CPAP Store in Las Vegas and I got exactly what I needed, as well as some good advice on the adaptor I bought. They also seemingly have every CPAP mask and accessory I've ever seen in addition to some I never heard of. Overall, a great experience, and now that I about this place, I'm just going to come here instead of having confusing conversations with an online salesperson. read more

After reading the reviews online I was excited to check out a local store to get fitted for a CPAP mask and order a machine as well. Upon arrival it was busy so I waited a few minutes. Eventually someone said someone was coming from the back to help. An older gentleman came out and asked what I needed assistance with. I explained to him I am a new CPAP patient and needed to get everything I'd need ordered, he then said "oh someone else will help you." While waiting I asked him about the price match guarantee on their website, by stating I had found a really good price from a national competitor and when I asked him if they price matched he said "yes, they can help you with that." A woman who identified herself as a manager asked which machine I wanted and then walked me over to the model I was prescribed by my doctor. When we discussed pricing I mentioned that Sleeplay, a national competitor that is a Resmed authorized retailer, had the machine for less than 50% of the price they were selling it in the showroom for. She replied that they only price match themselves. Not sure what she meant by that. I showed her the webpage (see attached photo) that says they will match "any advertised price." She first said that they wasn't true, and when I showed her the page she just said "that's wrong. We won't do that." She then tried to sell me on random off brand machines that they have as private label. At one point comparing the machines to buying a car. That should've made me leave the shop right away because what proceeded to happen was a sleazy used car salesman pitch by multiple staff of the store. I then asked if I could just get fitted for a mask by their "respiratory therapist" and just buy the mask alone since I'd like to at least have a local company help me with that. She said it is $100 for a fitting or free if I buy a mask from them. I sat around for a little bit for the supposed respiratory therapist to be available for a fitting. He walked me over to a large display of masks and said "which one do you want?" I told him I'm a new user and don't know where to start. He simply pointed at masks and said things like "this is a nose one," or this is a "full face mask." It was like pulling teeth to get him to explain the differences. He never asked me about my sleeping style (side sleeper, back sleeper, etc.). He eventually, through me having to keep asking the "why" or "what's the advantage" type questions, had me try one mask on. There was no option to try multiple ones. Then he proceeded to ring me up. At checkout I was hounded by other staff about buying from them because "the other places will sell you fake or illegitimate machines which will break, so you should buy it from us." I politely declined. They then hassle you to leave a Google review for $10 off. They then stand there awkwardly and make you fill one out. This place is clearly shady, and uses false advertising to reel you into the store, to then try and coerce you into buying something you don't want. I paid for my mask and left. I proceeded to use the pricing I found on a brand new Resmed 11 from Sleeplay and got it price matched with Lofta, which they then proceeded to reduce by an additional 10% off. So for the machine they were selling for $1350, I only paid $600 from Lofta (a well reputable nationwide brand, owned by Apria Healthcare, and who is also an authorized Resmed retailer). I hope I never have to come to CPAP Store Las Vegas after this atrocious experience. It's clear that their good reviews are from people who either don't realize the swindling going on, or who felt forced into leaving a good review to get a discount and didn't go back and delete it or edit it to tell the truth. read more

I forgot a part of the CPAP mask when packing up the CPAP for the Las Vegas trip. The only place that had the part and open on Saturday was the CPAP Store. However, you pay for the convenience. The same part that they charged me $49.99 for in their store can be purchased online from other sellers for $19.99. When I mentioned this to their chat "customer service " person, they rudely lectured me that the other sellers are warehouses and they are located in Las Vegas and are authorized brand name resellers...and somehow this meant that they need to charge more than twice the price of the other sellers. So yes, they profited from my pain. When I said I didn't want a refund but the pricing wasn't making me want to become a repeat customer she said their store "isn't for everyone " and she hung up on me (ended the chat). So only shop here if you're stuck in Vegas without the parts you need urgently and be prepared to overpay and be treated rudely. read more
