I have called repeatedly, left multiple messages, and almost never receive an answer or a return call. Last month, I finally reached someone who blamed the issue on problems with their phone system and said it was being fixed. A month later, nothing has improved. The VA has now confirmed that Universal Mobility has all of my items and is supposed to contact me to arrange delivery. Interestingly, the VA can reach them at the same phone number without difficulty, but my calls continue to go unanswered and my messages are ignored. This equipment was ordered because it is medically necessary. Making a disabled veteran wait months while refusing to communicate is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on the delays, poor customer service, and lack of accountability.

They asked for a description, and they said they could order a part for it. When I asked what the service charge would be, I told them I could get a new complete Rollator for less than that! That is when she said, "For that price, you deserve brakes that don't work"! I came back to the comments, and the more I read, they deserve a minus 3 stars.
