We signed up with be locally about three years ago. We had a rough time with the previous two…read morecompanies Zip Local and KSL SEO. Be Locally was a fresh breath of air. Out the gate they worked very hard for us. Optimized our meta information and overall did a great job. The the communication was great. I was able to communicate directly with my team lead to make necessary changes and add ons. The last year and a half has been difficult. We have decided to go another direction due to changes in management and changes with our team leads. They asked us to change our website platform and gave us a discount to move our website. After a few meeting we decided to pull change from Wix to Wordpress. I worked with Hanna from Be Locally for about 6 months and the website was still not completed. There were an abundance of spelling errors and promised portions of the website were not completed. As of the day we cancelled none of the website issues were resolved. May of 2015 our office moved two miles away. Be Locally had a service fee of on or around $400 to do a change of address on the internet. There are about 50 misc websites that have to be update and the charges Be Locally was asking sounded ok. After three weeks they were able to change around 10 websites. It was about this time the communication dropped. A few of our employees reached out 7 times over a three week period requesting changes. Our calls were not returned and no notes were written in our account on messages left. Our website was never completed. After we decided to cancel no refunds were made or offered on the address change that was not completed. Be Locally also removed plugins in our website that were holding our meta data. It is questionable why it was done or what the intentions were. On a positive note the owner or manager of Be Locally reached out in response to a negative review that was left on google. The explanation of removed data was the apps were paid apps and because we were not paying for the apps the plugins were removed. The meta data was left on the back end of the website showing the plugins were free wordpress plugins. The response by the be locally representative versus the data shown on the website does not show the same conclusion. The attempt to contact me was only an attempt to change my review with no real attempts to make the situation better. All in all I feel like Be Locally provided us good work in the first year and a half. The management was a pleasure to work with. Our SEO score went up. They posted Blogs and posts on facebook / twitter as they promissed. After Be Locally got bigger we felt ignored and promises were not kept. The communication slowed down and it was no longer an asset to our company.

Be Locally SEO practically saved our business! We had been advertising with DexKnows.com for years…read morewhen they did a system conversion December 2015. We immediately informed them that we weren't receiving any calls from our website - months and months this went on with no improvement, then one day I heard a Be Locally SEO ad on the radio & set up a meeting. Be Locally SEO's technicians were thorough in identifying the multiple problems with our Dex advertising and there were many! They were truthful about what needed to be done to rectify the situation and realistic about the time it would take to get things really working again. They were with us every step of the way in a very personal and professional way. Today our phones are ringing, our prior customers and referral customers can find us and our business is thriving like never before with new customers. Thank you Be Locally SEO for helping our Salt Lake City, Utah and Riverton, Utah based family business and thank you for being so patient with those of us who don't understand the way internet marketing works. You really educated us! - Tim Crane, Owner of T.C. Hardwood Flooring, Inc.

$10,000 mistake hiring these con-artists!…read more 1 star is 1 too many! 1) be top promised to deliver patients told that they needed carpal tunnel surgery. these patients would be vetted and capable of paying a pre-determined amount before arriving at my office. be top did not deliver any patients who met these agreed upon criteria. 2) be top promised to deliver facebook advertisements that were a. high quality and well written b. targeted towards the group described in #1 above be top indiscriminately placed poor quality poorly written facebook advertisements that resulted in cold calls from individuals that did not have carpal tunnel nor could they afford services in my office. the results of these ads were as follows 1. patients i already had seen saw the ads. these people did not have carpal tunnel but they asked how they could see me at a discounted rate. 2. people without carpal tunnel and without any financial means just wanted a "free" consult. this placed me in a precarious positiion because in spite of be tops recommendation that my assistants (not nurses or physicians assistants) evaluate the patients instead of me, i of course saw the patients and conducted a thorough exam. although i worked for free knowing that these people were not vetted and could never afford my services i a. paid my transcription b. lost time seeing paid customers c. assumed liability by seeing a patient 3. i received calls and inquiries from many patients and medical personnel in the community asking if my practice was in trouble and if i was okay. one physician asked how i went from being the four seasons hotel equivalent to motel 6. 3) be top local did not honor their sales pitch and their verbal agreement to return all funds if i was not satisfied with their performance. instead they kept saying to give them more time to prove that they can deliver. i believe in giving businesses a chance and we did so. they did not deliver a single patient meeting the criteria that they had promised. not a single dollar was made as a result of be top local. quite the contrary. extensive time and money was lost on this project 4) be top local charged our american express without permission prematurely 5) be top local sold us a bill of service under false pretenses and we are demanding our money back.

He asked me questions about what I did or didn't like, showed me different examples of what he could do. I thought I knew how I wanted my website designed and how I wanted it to look, but when Adam showed me what he could do, all of that changed. Instead, I let him take control and use his talents and nerd skillz to get my website looking better than it ever has and ever would have without him. His vision was better than mine, and I'm a professional photographer, so that's really saying something about his abilities and knowledge--not to mention his creative mind and eye. This website will carry my business far because of it's organization, it's layout, and beautiful form. I am so proud of it, and so thankful to Adam! There just aren't enough good words out there to express how I feel about it. If you're thinking about hiring him, think no further--just do it. You will regret it if you don't. Because we all know deep down... YOU REALLY DO NEED NERDS!!
